Early AM w/grandsons. Seems fast food has gotten disappointing, but NOT here. Greeted with a smile and positive attitude poster's EVERYWHERE. Even grandson was reading them. Quick service and hot, high quality sausage and ham bisquits. But the Philly breakfast Wrap was FANTASTIC!! We will make this our GO TO breakfast sandwich place.

It is flat smack downright impossible to order fresh eggs out of the shell as created by God at this horrid restaurant chain that values their convenience over their customers preferences. Because their prepackaged processed egg slime was prepared in other states and trucked here in reefers that often break down or run out of fuel, they contain bacteria and mold, make me and others become ill, vomit, and miss work, I can no longer patronize this business. Their employees apologize but say they are not allowed to deviate from top down management dictates. Even their competitor Krystal offers "shell eggs" as an option because they value repeat business from their customers. It is so very obvious that Hardee's policymaking is contrary to best practices and customer preferences as evidenced by the increasingly empty parking lots and drive thru lines. Hardee's would rather go the Chapter 11 route than grow their business by increasing customer satisfaction. It's a shame because their biscuits are great!

I did not realize this location closed at 2pm on Saturday until I got to the drive thru and saw the signs. I apologized and was assured it was ok, as there was only 15 min to spare. The service was great. And they made fresh fries. Unfortunately for 18 dollars for two chicken finger meals, the chicken fingers had been sitting and were too hard and tasted off for my kids to eat. I paid 18 dollars for fries which is a bit frustrating and I had to purchase food elsewhere. I know now to not go anywhere near 2pm. That's on me I guess
