Not sure how to spell her name, but Sherry was such a sweetheart! Got our order out fast, got it correct, got us any condiments we asked for and held a small conversation with us while we waited for our food. She did all of this with a bright smile. I havent forgotten her name or her service 4 days later, she really needs a raise! Best customer service ive ever had at a Hardee's or otherwise

I typically do not eat fast food. It kills you fast. Sometimes when you have a friend who wants a quick bite; one must have the Mushroom / Swiss burger. It is very tasty. One a year will not hurt.
Long line for bfast moved fast and I was greeted by Sherrie’s smiling face and demeanor! Good job Sherrie! Thank you for excellent customer service!

Drive through is always around the building during breakfast hours. They don't get in a hurry. Have had to go back twice after getting the wrong order.

No inside dining and after sitting in line, we were handed most of our food and had to turn around in heavy traffic to go back.The food was great!

It's weird how this is the only Hardee's around Chattanooga that has their Lobby closed ALL DAY STILL and have a FULL STAFF but wait in line for 15 minutes!!! People have lives and things to do so the lobby should be available at all times for quicker service or just want to sit and eat! STOP BEING LAZY!!!
