Ordered take out and arrived about 11:06a.m. Entire process took about 35 minutes.Hadn't been to this spot in a while because the location for me is to difficult to get out with traffic coming on all sides of the plaza.This place has FALLEN OFF.Upon entering I spoke and said hello before I even made it to the counter an older lady who was off to the side by a tall fridge who greeted me had a sour greeting she could've kept.By this time another female came to the register and took my order.Purchased 2 hibachi chicken and 1 steak/chicken combination plate for a total of $37.66Bland food and rice was not moistUndercooked rice, yes it was slightly hard.The chicken tasted tough and looked like it was butchered chunks of something.Lacked seasoning as well.Now I know why I stopped coming to this location in the first place.Too many other quality places in Chattanooga to ever revist this place.I know during Covid we all had social distance protection and protocols but it appears they didn't get the memo that in order to re bound afterwards you should go back to buisness as usual as this inside setup is indicative to the faded signs on the door.All soda machines had sticky notes on them that read "out of order"Tables and chair stacked over to the side and 2 in the middle just to hold the menu.Interior decor lacks an ambiance and looks tired and what I call " A hole in the wall" but the food is Trash.

One Hundred Hibachi and Sushi on East Brainerd road just opened and it’s awesome! The atmosphere is great and the service is first rate! I stopped in here on a whim and I’m so glad I did! Got boba and hibachi! Yum!!

Mia and her husband do a wonderful job. Everything I’ve had was spot on! I typically get the bourbon chicken, noodles, eggrolls, and crab Rangoon. Honestly I wouldn’t even I have to tell her over the phone what I want because she always remembers! Highly recommendedReading some of these reviews that are subpar blows my mind! Especially if they say it has no flavor or Mia is rude on the phone, or the white sauce isn’t good. Mia is awesome, the white sauce is some of the best I’ve had out of the 50+ hibachi restaurants I’ve eaten at and the bourbon chicken is some of the best bourbon chicken I’ve ever had from any restaurant.

The food is always hot, fresh and eye appealing. They get five stars for food quality, and service. Ambience is ok. The one thing they get a one star is their menu strategy. They have listed on a board "lunch special" hibachi. Nothing special about it for lunch. It's the same price on the menu, $12. If they call it a special it should be special. Especially for lunch.
The Service is Always Fast and the Food is Fresh. One of my favorite Hibachi restuarants. Great Place!!

Absolute garbage. Worst hibachi I've ever had. And the lady that took my oder over the phone was very rude. We got hibachi chicken, bourbon chicken, and teriyaki chicken. All of them were terrible. The "fried rice" was burnt rice. Chicken had no flavor. The white sauce is trash. I have no idea how they have a 4.4 star.
