High Rail Rooftop Bar + Space

You would think they would be prepared for a Friday evening crowd. My first choice of appetizer was unavailable - they had sold all they had. Upon ordering a Margherita pizza, we were not told they were out of Basil and were simply served a pizza with tomatoes and melted cheese. Had I known it was missing a key ingredient I would have changed my order. However, kudos to my server who noticed I had left my purse on my chair and tucked it away for safety. Whew!

Wait for water, frozen food prep, burnt pizza, no check back from waiter, slooow. No fresh food. All frozen that tossed in sauce. Would not recommend. Would not return. Horrible!

Had a late dinner here a week ago. The facility is pretty cool set on the roof top. The service however was very poor. I ordered an old fashioned and waited 20+mins to get it. We waited a long time for our main course as well, even though the restaurant wasn't super busy. Our wait staff were pleasant but just weren't attentive to our table. Food was okay, nachos were kind of cold, my wago beef burger was pretty good. A lot of lounge seating. More of a bar than a restaurant. I wouldn't bother going back. When a restaurant has a captive market being in bed with the hotel they often don't have to try hard to stay busy and unfortunately it effects the service.

We made a reservation and upon arrival they said they didn't see it. We were the only table in the restaurant and we could never find our waiter. The pizzas were great, but came out one by one so by the time the last person got their food everyone else was done and ready to go. Really disappointing experience as their food is great.

The ambiance is amazing! The view, food, service, and beauty is great. I appreciate Austin taking our order and explaining everything to us was good stuffies. Mick helped out as well with a smile when they forgot our salad. We ordered the fish tacos and the burger. The pics do not do this justice. Thank you!!!!

Ambience is beautiful, service is great and food is good. Perfect place for a chill night with family and friends.

While staying at the Chattanoogian Hilton Curio, we had two delightful, after sunset visits to the High Rail Rooftop Bar. Drinks were excellent, as were the other menu items tasted. Don’t miss the peanut butter brownie cheesecake. The view from the bar tops is pleasant and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Ask about the bartenders drink special—the blueberry lavwnder mojito was surprisingly refreshing.

Excellent, attentive and professional service.

The bar is a little tricky to locate—it’s on the second floor, down a cooridor of sleeping rooms near the gym.

Kid-friendliness: Several folks had small kids in strollers. Thr bar is pet friendly.

Great place with lots of room to hang out with friends and such. Menu items were fairly basic, but my burger ? was well under par. The pizza ? was very good. Our waiter never returned to ask how things were going, nor did he notice that I didn't eat most of my burger, so that was disappointing. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. ?

This place sounded awesome because it is a roof top bar and restaurant, however it is only mediocre as the only view from the roof top is the hotel it is connected to. It has an interesting menu, but, the taste of the food was just bland and nothing special. The service was good though.
