Don’t be deceived by the ho hum entrance in a small strip mall, this place is legit. We had the pork BBQ, I had spicy sauce and my son had regular. Loved the spicy better-lots of flavor and not a ton of heat. Beans are excellent and not too sweet, slaw is crunchy and flavorful with not too much sauce or sugar. Had the banana pudding for dessert and obviously homemade-super flavorful but just a bit too much sugar. Overall a great meal served by really sweet people. Highly recommend.
The food was very good. We stopped in for lunch after traveling. The menu was modified due to staffing but still offered plenty of options. Our family tried a variety of foods while there and we all agreed everything was really good. We all left full (2 of us girls shared a meal and was enough for the 2 of us) and satisfied. Both workers were very friendly and kind.
Hillbilly Willies is a great neighborhood restaurant. My wife and I are traveling home and did not want fast food. It was almost closing time so we wanted something quick. Another review mentioned the pizza so we tried it. Excellent taste and super service. Mason and Angie are great servers. As a future note, George and Angie will be opening George’s, hopefully, in April or May. It will be on the North side of Chattanooga, Tn. Look for it, it should have great pizza and service.
