I just went to Hunan Wok for the first time tonight. The very first thing I noticed was the staff’s kindness. The restaurant was packed and I don’t think the man at the register ever stopped smiling. He had personal relationships with multiple people that came in and was happy to chat while prepping orders/taking money.
I took my food home to eat with my girlfriend, and let me tell you, this food is great. The rangoons are so full to the brim and have great flavor. Their egg rolls are delicious. I got the general tso’s with fried rice as well and I am very satisfied. I don’t think there was a single miss in my meal.
They also gave ample amounts of sauce to go along with my food and utensils to use when I got home. I know those things are rather simple, but it’s the little things about this restaurant that make it shine. 10/10. I will be back!

It's a really good Chinese restaurant. I recommend the sweet and sour chicken with white rice. It's very delicious. Its also a good place to eat with the family.

Great food at great pieces. Family owned and incredibly friendly. The sauce for the steamed dumplings is the best sauce I've ever had with dumplings. The beef and cheese egg roll was amazing. Crab ragoons were great. Pork egg rolls were great. The terriayki sauce on the beef terriayki on a stick was not what I'm used to so I didn't enjoy that unfortunately. The beef with mushroom and noodles were pretty good. Nothing mind blowing but enjoyable. Again. The person who gave me my food and recipt, assuming he was the owner, was incredibly kind and friendly.

This family owned restaurant has Taste and Service unlike any restaurant in Chattanooga We had two meals there in the past two days I was very impressed with authentic Chinatown Taste especially the House Special Chowmein , Hot and Sour Soup and Pepper Steak with soft golden Fried Rice ..there you will Meet Mr Willie who will shower you with great customer service.

Best and only chop suey in town! Also the rice is definitely fried- I tasted it. So yes Maurice it's just you. The crew is awesome 😎 and funny as all get out.

Might be me but the food wasn’t good I placed a pick up order and asked about the fried rice, it’s actually not fried at all it’s yellow rice mushy at that and the shrimp were just thrown in there. I also ordered chicken wings and they were ok but the rice was so mushy that it was stuck on my chicken like mashed potatoes. I also ordered the shrimp egg rolls and they weren’t fried all the way through this is my second time trying hunan and I wasn’t impressed the first time but decided to give it a try but It was just what I expected the first time. I didn’t save any photos because I didn’t eat it I threw it away
