This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any restaurant. The food took forever to come out and there was no one even in the restaurant but like two other people and then it was so expensive it was $50 for two people to eat pancakes, eggs, and bacon, and not only that the food was terrible. We seen our waitress maybe twice and when we got ready to leave. My wife went onto the car and I went to the bathroom and they came out and asked my wife was we leaving try not to pay and she said no my husband is in the bathroom so I came out and I let them know how crappy the service was and the food so I will never eat here again if I could give this a zero star I would this is a very, very terrible place to eat. Please do not come here and waste your money

New edit.. not much has changed. This was left 7 years ago. The waiters were nice. The cook sits in her car. I dont think she was even there when we pulled up. Just nasty. Then she walks back there. The waiters were apologizing. Just drive to hixson. Save yourselves. This place is a crap hole.
This is what i wrote 7 years ago. Not much has changed. I have been here the past two Sunday's. After an hour of wait and no one coming to check on us. We just got up and left today without eating. Last Sunday's wait was at least 45 minutes. I'm patient but this place is literally crazy. Staff comes to our table a couple times and ask us if we have ordered yet. I guess we were there so long they were tired of looking at us. There are other places on Brainerd road to eat.

Keith was our server and cashier. He was so knowledgeable of the menu,courteous and prompt. We'll definitely go back to visit bc the kitchen was on point too...the food was perfect and made to order.

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. First time coming to this IHOP and it was a terrible experience. We waited 30 minutes for our food and when I asked the waiter she said it was going to be another 10 minutes! Not ONCE did she come back and check on us on refills or come and apologize for the wait. 4 other people walked out within the time I was there. I asked to speak to the manager and after waiting 5 minutes for her they asked me to sit down and wait for her, I said heck no and walked out. Terrible service.

The service here was horrible. We walked in amd they immediately told us it was a 10 min wait and it was not busy at all. Once seated the server brought us our drinks and then took our order. It was another 45 min before we got our food. The food was cold when it came out and I couldn't even finish my plate and then on top of that when I get ready to pay normally you get your check to check what you order to make sure everything was correct and all he did was tell us the price and when we ask to look at the order he was hesitant to show us but eventually game us the tablet which showed he charged us 20%tip for himself which we changed. This store is very poorly maintained and the servers look like they didnt even want to be in there. IHop prides itself on good customer service and this store is not it. PLEASE SEND SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE TO GET THIS STORE IN SHAPE AND BRING IT UP TO STANDAR

Employees are very rude and was waiting over 30min to be seated and waited almost a hour to get my order taken..
Lisa was our waitress and when she sat us, my menu was so sticky. I could hardly touch it and when I opened it, chocolate milk was all inside the menu. I I ask her for a new menus and it put her out to have to get me a new menu.. She tossed the nasty menu on table behind us. We waited at least 20 minutes to even get our drinks, Another 20 minutes to have our order taken and then probably another 35 minutes to even receive our food when our food came we had no silverware and part of our order was missing. There was no sense of urgency in refills or getting our food to us. The overall experience was very poor.!
