We had the best service tonight!!! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a huge shoutout! We were a party of 7 with 3 small kids. We enjoyed the food of course but the service was the absolute best! The place was busy and she had the whole restaurant. She was hustling and she never neglected a single table!

I really wanted to love it. I have fun memories at IHOPs as a kid and wanted to take my kids. The food and service was good. However, I had to ask for new silverware because there was dried on food on ours. Then when our food came out there was dried on food on half of our plates. Maybe it was a bad day, but I won’t be back.

The food was good, our server was nice. I gave a 3 star because I was supposed to get a 10% senior discount but she only gave me a discount on the juice which was .45. I showed the server her the mistake and she said that was the discount for the whole ticket which was $36.39. I said it couldn't be lol. She said I pushed the button that was the discount. She stated she had worked there for 8 years and that is how it always been. I was just looking for better customer service and for her to look at it again but that didnt happen. Maybe sometime listen to the customer, because this was obviously a mistake on her part.

Food came out cold, butter wouldn’t even melt on my pancakes! Very over priced we will not be back, ever! I won’t go to the one near me now after that horrible experience! Shameful! And IHOP used to be so good and reasonable
