Great burgers. They are a little smaller than you expect so my husband gets a double when we go. The burgers, fries, and Jack's sauce are delicious. I also recommend getting the cheese sauce to dip your fries in. It is a smaller location so you could have a little wait time to get in-it is worth it!

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’d never come back to this location. As a Jack Browns vet this was such a bad experience. I wasn’t able to snap a photo but the inside of my burger was extremely undercooked, visibly pink and raw. The server started off alright but after we got our food she legitimately never came back to check on us or bring us the bill. This was all while they had maybe 5 tables, not busy whatsoever. We finished eating what was edible and waited 15 minutes for the check that never came and ended to having to go to the bar and ask if we could pay. We love JB’s but this was a miserable visit.

The burgers have to be the best in town. There on the medium size, but the flavor of burgers are outstanding! I’m a pretty big guy and with an order of sweet potato fries and the burger definitely filled me up.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The decor this place has is very wacky and I always love it, great and friendly atmosphere anyone can enjoy with good service and good food that makes me wanna try everything on the menu, me and my friends always try and go whenever we can and everytime we do it's a great, fun, and rememberable experience with some of the best burgers in chattanooga

Ordered pick up, when I got home I took a bite of my burger and got nothing but toppings, I opened up the burger and the patty is literally half the size of the bun. If you're going to have these fancy expensive burgers, make sure the basis of your burger is good first. Otherwise, I'm eating a mac and cheese sandwich.

First time having wagyu ground beef and the burger was one of the best. Burgers I’ve had in life it was full of flavor I was visiting Chattanooga for my orientation with covanent transport and was craving a burger one night I was not disappointed

They had probably the best burger I've ever eaten. Great atmosphere and service. The only thing people need to be aware if you have back problems they do only have stools without backs so it is harder to sit with back issues. Other than that absolutely amazing and Ill be back!
