Went to Jacks in Ooltowa, TN. There were people eating inside, but all of the doors were locked. I walked up to the drive thru window and asked why they were closed for inside eating. I was told that they were short of staff.
This is the second time this has happened at two different Chattanooga Jacks.

Jacks in Texas we’re outstanding, but the Chattanooga locations (all of them) are very slow and not consumer friendly!

Ordered a Big sausage breakfast sandwich combo, got home only to find out my texas toast wasn't toasted. Called the store back and the dry person who answered the phone said the toaster doesn't work well and if they run it thru a 2nd time it will burn the bread. You have to run it thru the first time lady! Ain't no heat hit this bread. It is called texas TOAST for a reason.
I asked for a regular cheeseburger all the way and got only mustard ketchup pickles and onions on it. I ordered a medium fry and looks like I got a small fry (only 9 fries) and last but not least no sweet tea so substituted with a shake. I use to live here and loved jacks but since I have moved out of state jacks sux.
