We went into an empty lobby. Two cars in drive thru. Inside there was one cashier working the drive thru and two cooks/prep behind the counter. We waited patiently for someone to acknowledge us. Another employee came from the. Ack. Walked right past us to the dry station. No one had taken out order or acknowledged us. The girl from the back stood with her back to us commenting on how they were so busy and we should go to the drive thru. Didn’t bother to speak to us directly. We left. Come on jacks. You can do better. We don’t mind waiting our turn but at least act like we are just as important as the drive thru.

Usually good service, guy working the drive through just yelled 'jacks!" And was horrible...then after a few dead seconds, a woman came on and took my order. Food was good but whoever that guy was needs to not work the drive through.

Drove all the way up to Hixson pike store to get food 9oclock there open til 10 pulled up I ordered chicken tender dinner mash taters and gravy oh out of mash taters and let me look no green beans either wth that’s not a good thing went the other day same thing I ordered the gravy was like water yuk time before that they was outta honey mustered smh Ugg !!!! get it together jacks

Went to this location for a 10 piece at 920 pm was told we only got 8 pieces left and refused to cook more when I got to the window a young lady with a bonnet on looked at me walked away and made another young take care of me...so unprofessional will definitely not be back here!!

I'm not really one to leave reviews, but what is this 🤣🤣 My partner and I came here for a quick breakfast before work today since there was no line or anything but we still had a long wait time, I assume they're just short staffed idk, and not really good service in general. Staff were pretty rude and short but it's early what are you gonna do. Once we finally did get our food, the hashbrowns were extremely dry and the grits were a literal soup and contained so much butter it could put a 5 year old into cardiac arrest lmao. My boyfriend admittedly enjoyed his sausage biscuit but everything else was uneatable tbh. Probably won't be back to this location.

Hamburger was dry, cold and no flavor. Right up there with the mystery meat at Crystals. Buns were far from fresh. Fries came out fresh and hot but tasted like biscuits. Place was clean but not busy at lunch time. Not going back. Sorry, Jack.

This location consistently leaves food out of the bag. I’ve gotten home multiple times missing items. On top of that, the customer service is so bad - today they were fighting in the kitchen. It was really awkward to pull up and have them yelling at each other. Anyway, it’s average fast food; go somewhere they don’t mess up your order

The biggest sell about Jack's for me is that they serve breakfast until 11am, whereas most fast food places in the area only serve it until 10:30am.

However, the service is slow, their coupon scanner is always broken, and there is always something wrong with my order every time I order from here no matter what time of day. Last time, it was needing to let the server know we ordered 2 milkshakes after they handed us our order without drinks. Today, it was an entire deluxe breakfast combo missing in the bag.

And I know it's not just me. The number of times I've seen a car pull into a parking spot directly after getting their order or someone walk into the store with a receipt from the drive-thru are plentiful.

I ordered a #2. The person at the drive thru was rude and impatient. I ordered bacon on my sandwich and instead they one and a half pieces of sausages on it and it wasn't even toasted. This is my second visit to this restaurant and the first visit was just as unpleasant. Atmosphere gets three stars because at least the staff bothers to speak clear, proper English.
