We eat at jacks sometimes 2 and 3 times a week. We love all the food, but the service is lacking. The drive thru has no personality and use phrases like we can't do that it's to difficult. As one night they didn't have plates and it was to difficult to put things in a bowl. Well tonight we ordered two plates chopped steak with coleslaw and mashed potatoes comes with biscuits. We didn't get coleslaw and field to relate that fact. My biggest complaint is the...

My biggest complaint with this Jacks is they NEVER have any legs. I always order 2 two piece meals and ask for a breast and a leg. They are always out. Got home and my chicken breast was burnt. The skin was black and the chicken was dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans was very good though.

New to the area, 1st time there. Had a hangry toddler & the service was pretty quick. Not a bad price for a quick bite also! The kids chicken tenders meal was pretty good. A burger which was decent, Well proportioned & tasted good. however wasn't quite warm enough so I couldn't finish it. No one likes a cold 🍔
I really liked the 🐔 POT PIE though! I think its a new thing? I don't see it on the menu.. the employee Warned my guy when ordering...
