Placed an order by mistake, the manager on duty said her GM would issue a refund the next day. I waited 7 business days and never got the refund, never picked up the food and cancelled the order so paid $27.84 for a service I never received.

Lady in drive through is always super nice.. food is just a hit and miss. First bologna sandwhich had two slices of bologna , second time only one slice (and strange color)... Some days I get a fair amount of eggs with my breakfast and others it's a rather small amount... hash browns tasted like dish soap this morning.... good thing prices are reasonable!

I visited your location store #322 on Sunday January 26th and the service I received was very terrible. I had to repeat my order 2 times and repeat again when I got to the windows because the person didn't get my order right. Then they still got it wrong. I received food I didn't order and had to pay extra for it. They were very rude. Your employees need better training and learn how to treat the customers. I love your breakfast but the service has a lot of improvement to be done.
Chicken sammich was so hard I couldn't eat it. Like it had been under heat lamp all day. Chicken dinner was dry. Milkshakes were thin and not tasty. Used to have good food here I guess that has changed. Won't be back wasting hard earned money.

Went through the drive thru, order taker did not say hello, just what can I get you..was not expecting the butter fries..heavy on the butter..burger was hot, fresh, very good..drink was filled to the top with ice, and maybe a shot of cola..probably will not return...

Went to the one on Lee Highway in Chattanooga ordered the 2 piece chicken but the crust was so hard you couldn't eat so just had to take the crust off

Hey Jack's the only reason why I'm giving this kind of review is because of the General Manager Demarqus Clark was one of the worst manager I have dealt with. I place my order and was told I had to wait for 15 minutes and I said that I would wait well guess what you guys he didn't like that so he started with the jokes and the only way I know that is because of how the two guys working the
front started laughing and looking at me. Well 15 minutes passed so I went back to the window and was told that it was going to be an few more minutes I said ok so I'm at the window and the Same guy that took my came behind the female manager and ask me to pull back my reply was 15 minutes is 15 minutes and he tried to go there with me but I stayed right there because there was no one else in line so the laughing and joking started again so I asked for a refund now the lady was taking care of that and Demarqus Clark went out of his way to come tell me about the food with an Attitude now why would he come to the window that way being a General Manager I will say that he needs to go back through training and working with the public.
BUT The Lady was a good example of great Management skills

Good customer service will get your further with customers even when the food isn't as good.
I have always liked Jacks therefore this isn't a review so much about food as it is about the service.
Good service is also a reflection of the leadership it has. I went through the drive thru for my order. I am a white meat eater as I don't care for dark meat. Placed my order and drove around to the pickup window. I always check my food before driving off just to make sure I have everything. I was not told upon ordering that they were out of wings, which is white meat. I was simply given dark meat. So I waved down a server and told her. She informed me they were out. I asked, no one told me and do I get an option for something else. I then asked for the manager. When she came over, I realized it was the same young woman that took my order. Repeating myself again she simply looked at me. I asked do I not get an apology or suggest something else? She said, sorry, still looking blank in the face. I asked could I see her manager? He's not here. I asked can I get a number, she said, it's on your receipt. I asked when will he be here, she said in the morning. Still just standing with no options given. I told her she really needed and attitude adjustment, she said Bye and closed the window. I'm dumbfounded at the lack of professionalism and customer service many fast food restaurants have these days even when complaining to so called managers. I recorded the audio so I could play it back for Marcus who is the store manager Supposedly. Maybe he will suggest more training for his managers. Or I may simply post on facebook. Corp should see exactly what type of management they employ.

Got a big double bacon cheese burger. When I got home there was 2 little pieces of bacon on it. Not worth the price. They need to take it off the commercial. It sure don’t have a pile of bacon on it.
