Why is it that the Lee Hwy rest in chattanooga never has chicken no matter what time you go , they say it’s a 30 minute wait , how are they even on business is every time i go is also empty no wonder why, they just dont want to work, if you need a manager I can help but today came 3 times and they told me wait is 30 minutes with an empty restaurant and no orders for pick up either excuses lazy people

The guy taking our order didn’t pay attention and didn’t care if the order was correct. He also was not polite, rushing us to order when we were new to the menu, and no one else was waiting in line. Did not give us a ticket or ask for a name for the order. Did not say thank you, goodbye, or kiss my butt, even though we were polite to him and thanked him for taking our order. Had to ask for everything, ketchup, our cups and lids, (assumed the drinks came with the food until someone in our party said we needed to ask for our cups and lids.) The floors were slick with grease and you could smell the dirty mop water used to mop the floor. The food was not as good as I expected. Even the tea was old, tasted like it had not been switched out in days and had gone to sour. Was not what commercials has built it up to be. Was just disappointed all the way around.

This restaurant is pitiful. Each time my coworker comes to this restaurant for lunch, the order is always incorrect. Whether we come in or drive thru, the order is still incorrect. I ask for no pickles or onions each time and each time one or the other is on the burger anyhow. If these workers can't get a simple burger order correct, what is the problem?

I love the chicken tenders there KFC has nothing on Jack's chicken and their buttery biscuits. (Homade😁) They just melt in your mouth. Great people and super quick service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

None of the employees are friendly at all and it looked like they throwed my food across the room into the sack...Worst service in the entire town!

The lady in the drive-through, she’s really sweet in the mornings. She’s very bubbly. She always make sure that me and my guys have an enjoyable experience. We came in for the first time the other day to get the wings and the customer service was immaculate. There was an older lady that handed us coupons and open the door for us Had a very beautiful spirit.
