Jack's Family Restaurant

I normally fine good in even the bad but in this case I can't. Giving it one star is a credit it doesn't deserve. I had never eaten at Jack's. I was a little surprised to find out there were others. I had chicken Mac and cheese and green beans. Honestly they should be a ashamed of the selves for serving that crap. On top of that the milkshake was ice cream in a cup and taste like some kind powder drink. The girl that took my order and made the shake didn't seem to want to. A customer in the parking lot waiting on his food came in and demanded his money back because he was tired of waiting and the place was empty.

Updating my review. This Jax is no longer the filthy, disgusting cesspool it once was. The employees still look miserable and it's incredibly obvious. They are polite, but the facial expressions and body language is unmistakable. Service was slow during lunch, you would have thought more food had been prepared for what is one of the busier times of day... Even with my negative comments, this is an improvement from my last visit.

I work at a mod wash within shouting distance of my jacks, so I’m always in there whenever I need a drink or something to eat. The staff are was extremely polite and friendly, especially one of the workers, Selena. Any time she’s at the counter i know I’ll be getting the best customer service jacks has to offer.

I came in here for a door dash order and I was asked too come back due too an missing order and when I arrived I was directed too a women wearing a mask and when I brought her the information of the missing order she was very disrespectful and had a very nasty attitude I highly don't recommend going back too this businesses I was very impressed with the other three employees that redirected me and tried to make the situation positive this women was supposed to be manger treating her employees very poorly ! And talking too their employees very disrespectful I'm not sure who else I can call about this situation but what I seen when I came in was two young girls working hard and trying too be the best employee they can be and also the red headed girl they was very helpful too me the girl wearing the mask was very disrespectful and hateful toward me and other customers I really hope that this review gets too someone who can organize this business and help other grow and help them notice that being nasty and disrespectful too customers is not okay ! Especially when the employees are doing their best too show work ethic ! I really hope they get this under control because this is the second or third time I have came in and this women wearing a mask as been very disrespectful !! Again I apologize for the bad review I was just not satisfied with the behavior of that women with the mask !
