1.50 up charge on a side to mac n cheese for a singular fork full of mac n cheese is crazy. Luckily I don't live here and probably won't be back any ways.

Me and My Gf are travelers just passing thru , as soon as we walked in an African American Man and Caucasian Woman said you can't sit in here as soon we walked into the door wasn't in there for 5 seconds, we were going to buy our dinner there because we heard it was good and have never tried it before, they didn't say that to anyone else that was in there and the lady that was in there couldn't believe they had said that to us as they were discriminating against us and we caught it on tape which we posted below, worst customer service I have ever seen and hope there's action taken against this establishment for Discrimination. I wouldn't recommend to anyone and this was in Chattanooga,TN

The food is never good here. I'm not sure why I went back. It's been a yr, but I thought it nay have changed. But it hasn't. Bacon had an odd taste, egg was warm, and biscuit was too hard to eat. We were in a hurry, chose this place, and couldn't take back.

Jack’s on Cummings hwy Chatt. Food is good hot fresh but the drink machine is NASTY!!!! No excuse for that much mold and mildew. Gross! Wish I had taken a picture

They hardly ever open on time in the mornings. When they do open on time the wait is usually outrageous. 12 min in the drive through for a Bacon breakfast sandwich is ridiculous

I'll be as genuinely straightforward and real as possible when it comes to this place okay now I know every place is different but I've had and I do know what good quality customer service is like and I see that with this place and see I'm echoing the sentiments and just the observation of what one of your customers had to say about this place when they spoke about the language that was used you know and how these some of these employees you know act at their restaurant let me just say this That was my first time ever frequenting and coming to that dislocation okay and I was just trying to stop somewhere after having been on the road traveling from pigeon forge/gatlinburg Tennessee okay after spending a nice no family outing vacation with other relatives and family members coming from pigeon forge and we happen to stop here to grab some breakfast I have never and and let me say that again I have never ever in my life been to the establishment where the customer service was so damn poor and horrible to the point where and not to mention there's no way in on God's Green Earth that the people who supposed to be responsible for taking and making sure that that lobby is clean The tables are wiped down The seats and everything is wiped out where the lobby is clean.

They supposed to have somebody come out on in that lobby area and check & see every like probably or 15 minutes something to that effect & see if everything is okay , to see if the customers in the lobby area are alright and see if they need anything etc

But the entire time that me and my family member there but my other family members they went across the street to get something to eat somewhere else and I think that after the horrible experience that we went through at this location we should have followed them to go somewhere else because I have never been to an establishment and had such a really messed up totally unprofessional customer service to the point where "let's just say I can't even rate this place in stars as far as the rating goes for this place, because it's just that damn bad 😔

You can't even rate this place it's that bad the service here is ridiculously horrible , I'm going to put it to you this way if I was the regional manager or if I was a person they sent from Jack's corporate headquarters office to go around and assess all the Jack's locations as a mystery customer & observing how those people here at this Jack's location you can tell they've been working here for a probably a couple years to where they comfortable and got complacent & they got comfortable a with their position I mean from the management that's there to some of the employees that's there you might as well go to a convenience store on the corner around some little random neighborhood and you probably would be better service.

the way that they was talking loud joking around cussing & carrying all look I understand there's nothing wrong with talking amongst you you sell your coworkers and everything laughing and joking or whatever but when you know you got customers out in the lobby and then not to mention there was some people in there that had came in there with kids and also you had like a older couples up in there trying to enjoy their breakfast the way that those people is in there in that kitchen area carrying on and talking about and talking the way they were talking to each other was ridiculous okay I mean you thought you was like in the hood in the hood and I grew up in the hood born and raised but that don't mean that you got to carry yourself and talk that way when you are dealing with the public because you don't know who know who and you don't know who that person is or who they're connected to that's coming up in your establishment but for them to talk the way they was talking and the way that there was carrying on bottom line overall at the e

Ordering an egg sandwich on toast with just egg and mayo is almost impossible! This morning I arrived at the window to pay and the lady stated “ You had the egg and cheese sandwich right?” I replied with “ No I had an egg and mayo sandwich with just egg and mayo.” She immediately turned to the other workers and stated she needed this order fixed. Then one lady grabbed it opened it up looked at it wrapped it back up and placed it back in the bag and stated,” No you don’t it’s correct!” Apparently that worker is blind because when I arrived to work I could immediately see that there was in fact cheese on the sandwich making my order wrong. When I order it I specifically ask for an egg sandwich just the toast, egg and mayonnaise only because in the past, they have given me egg and cheese biscuits and egg and cheese sandwiches. Not sure how a biscuit is a sandwich but here we are!

Ordered 10 pieces box shorted 2 pieces of chicken called them said they would make it right next time I came in when I went back they offered me 2 pieces of chicken the first order was awful biscuits you could knock out windows they were so hard chicken couldn’t even chew and what they gave us when we went back was no better will not recommend or return drove 10 miles one way for this meal

I love this place I work in the valley and the food is always excellent I eat here at least once a week and they are always the sweetest!!! Big shout out to the work they do and to there manager I do believe her name is Amy!! She is always so busy but still makes time to smile and make me laugh!! Last week I went there and I wanted to note that they were very busy and the costumer serivce was amazing but the customers in front of me were not very nice! The people we have in this world today are so disgusting. There momma’s definitely did not raise them right !! However they handles it very well! If I was them I would have lost my job bc of how rude everyone was… I hope that they get a raise and pther customers start acting like they have some sense. The food is amazing I love coming here it’s the best jacks I have been to! The service is excellent and the atmosphere is perfectoooooo!!!
