First time trying the bakery and got a cake for my nieces birthday and the price was extremely fair and the cake was delicious and very large. The people working there were extremely kind as well. I will definitely go back for later occasions .

Had my sons Eagle Court of Honor today. Picked up cake this morning. Cake was ready on time as promised. Artwork was awesome, and the cake tasted great, just like every cake weāve ever gotten from Jacksonās. Highly recommend

I have gotten birthday cakes for my three boys here for the past two years. We first tried the red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and 5 cakes later that is still what they request every birthday!!! The cakes always turn out so well and are absolutely delicious!!

There isnāt really anywhere to sit and eat. However, for the area, they certainly had a very nice selection of various desserts to try! I got the last of one pastry and it was a little stale (i did order it in the afternoon) yet it was great. I do wish they had something other than drip coffee. If they get some nice coffee, i would be in there all the time!

My family has exclusively purchased our birthday and event cakes from Jackson Bakery since the late 80s. When I say family, I mean everyone in our Family-verse...grandparents, parents, uncles, aunts, cousins, in-laws, friends, neighbors, and even grumpy co-workers.
Even on short notice, their cakes have been the best around.....until last year. We have picked up cakes on two separate occasions in the last 6 months and both were horrible. The cake was dry like it had been frozen & then thawed. The icing was missing that Jackson Bakery zing it has had for years. Some even thought that the cake was homemade with store bought can icing...thats how bad it was.
For our last few events, we decided to go to chain stores over our favorite home town bakery.We have no idea what has changed but PLEASE change it back. When loyal, lifetime customers prefer a Wal-Mart cake, Publix cake, or a Costco cake to one from a legendary bakery, something is wrong.
We have 4 big events in the next 12 months and have decided to give them one more try. I really hope they see this and fix whatever has changed.
They say third time is the charm but in this case third time might be the end of a lifetime of fond memories. We really hope these were two random bad incidents because we have always loved Jackson Bakery.

I won a free dozen cupcakes from Jackson's Bakery and Hits 96.5 radio. They were fresh, delicious, and decorated with pretty flowers and nice colors. We don't live near the bakery but my husband saw lots of good things like doughnuts and cakes that he said he'd like to come back and try! The store was small and busy with customers, and I understand why, so maybe consider placing your order by phone ahead of time like I did. Great experience and I'm glad I got to try this bakery!
