Jason’s Deli at Hamilton Place l, Chattanooga, when THEY mislabeled and mixed up deliveries so that I received the wrong order, and when the delivery driver called them to go back to get my order told her “to just let the customer deal with it” - well to me that’s the worst customer service I’ve ever heard. The manager there should be retrained or just fired. Horrible. They obviously don’t care about customer service. Too bad - their food is really good.

This place is such a good pick if you are in the mood for a good salad bar. They usually keep it very clean and neat around the bar. I enjoy being able to make my own salad and have all the options. The only thing I don't like is that they are usually out of some of the breads they offer. Sometimes, you have to request things be filled, but they are pretty quick about it. I've been here over 30 times and have only ate one sandwich & it was good, but I go here mainly for the salad bar. Oh, and don't let me add the fact they have the best ice cream ? chocolate, vanilla, or swirl. Lunch and dinner both have about the same crowd. Sometimes, they are very busy, but there has never been a time I haven't been able to get a table or quickly be served. Highly recommend if you enjoy a good salad. I've ordered from Jason's through the DoorDash app and really enjoyed their food. I was out and about the other day and decided to check out the actual facility. I was surprised at how large they are inside.. not at all what I expected for a deli. I'd placed my order through their app and picked it up inside. I was greeted right away by a very nice young lady. My order was being made so we chatted about some of my favorites.. so far! We both agree that the chicken salad sandwich was da bomb! I'd never heard of almonds, much less fruit, pineapple at that.. mixed in it. I happen to love both almonds and pineapple, so I gave it a shot. People, you seriously need to experience this simple sandwich. It's just so tasty and refreshing! Now, let's talk about this olive spread they put on those big muffaletta sandwiches. If they aren't putting that in a jar and selling it, they should!! Last but not least, the strawberry shortcake is amazing. Tastes like freshly whipped cream to me. I could get in some serious trouble if I hang out in this store too often, lol! Definitely worth a visit. One of the most extensive menus around. Something for absolutely everyone here!

I have never entered the deli myself, but I have ordered and received excellent curbside assistance multiple times and can say with absolute certainly that these are some of the best sandwiches I've had! Heck, I even got my fiancee obsessed with them! Highly recommend!

This was my first visit . The won't be my last. It was very clean staff was amazing. The food was incredible. Everything was fresh. I can't wait to go back.Wheelchair accessibility: There was adequate parking in front of the building. There was plenty of room to maneuver around in the restaurant. The bathroom was a little bit smug but we managed. It was very clean

Used Jason's Deli in Chattanooga for a meeting for several people. I ordered boxed lunched on the phone and that process was super easy. Delivery time was 12:00-12:30. Food was delivered right at 12:00. The whole order was accurate and presentation was great. They were able to accommodate dietary restrictions which is a huge plus. We will definitely be using Jason's Deli in the future.
