Today is my birthday so I went around at different restaurants and got my birthday freebies . I walked inside and asked them if they honor it The lady said yes she thinks so that there's a button for it . No information telling me how to download the app or what to do . when it was all said and done I guess I was supposed to download the app . Which I did not I feel like customer service could have been a little bit more detailed and telling me which app to download or how to do it in such of getting my free sandwich day on my birthday .

Service at this location is definitely not on par. Staff behaves unprofessionally and seemed more focused on each other than patrons. Bread here is also always over baked compared to other locations. Grill was dirty and caused subs to have an odd taste. I’ll probably drive to Battlefield next time. It’s a shame too because I thought it would be nice to have a closer one.

Will not ever return here. Walked in to a completely empty restaurant with six people working the front and was never greeted or spoken to. I finally had to just start ordering out loud to get any help. They were like a group of high school kids (but not) goofing off and arguing and horse playing and just being very unprofessional. All they wanted to talk about was the good looking guy out in the car in the parking lot. The tomatoes were mushy and gross and I asked her to take off my sandwich and she slung them back in the bucket and rolled her eyes. I waited and waited for my wife's sandwich to come up off the grill just to realize after asking for it they never even started it. Very unprofessional group of employees and I'll never go back

I ordered 4 sandwiches 2 giants 2 regulars. Mine were great. But my friends order was wrong and it was fixed wrong, then trainer delivered sandwiches to office and they still had mayonaise so employees need to pay attention. I understand it's a new store but can't run a business messing orders up twice in one day.
Ordered in-store pick up. A certain item in my order was not available and rather than wait until I arrived to pick up my order, the manager called to notify me. He offered to replace the item with another, available menu item. I appreciate so much! Super-Star service!!
