I’ve been going here weekly for the past two years. Usually, everything is fine.
Twice in the past month, I’ve ordered Philly Cheesesteaks and gotten the herb and cheese bread instead of white bread. Not once have I gotten a phone call asking me if I was ok with my bread being substituted. It seems like they do it in the hopes that no one says anything. I will never eat here again.

Hello I would like to say that this was my first time at this location and I was very pleased. I would like to point out one young lady who was very nice to me and my mom when it came to making our food. She is a bright skin lady and she needs a raise. I came in on 8/1/24 between 12 noon and 1. I love the customer service because you don't get that everywhere. I will definitely be back.

Online search shows you get a free sub on your birthday. I called the store to find out what was needed but nobody answered so I went in. The guy looked at me and rudely stated I needed the app and had to have used it within the last few weeks. I tried to explain what online showed but he didn't want to hear it. I was really embarrassed.
