We are from out of State. Found Jet’s Pizza on Instagram and the reviews did not disappoint. The best pizza. Staff was so nice and friendly, recommending lunch special they had going on. The manager came out and checked on us. Asking what did we think… LOVED IT.

Messed up our order twice in a row. Both times with ham. Both times we didn’t get it at all. The one was supposed to be ham and mushrooms. The second time. Also didn’t get the ham. Came with pepperoni instead.

This place has really went down hill, I ordered a 8 piece pie through Uber Eats, they delivered it in good time, only problem was the pizza was burned. The manager took no responsibly saying because I ordered through Uber Eats they couldn't do anything. Uber Eats didn't make the pizza. Such a shame a place that use to have standards and good food is no longer worth it. Do not eat at this location 3600 Hixson Pike, Chattanooga, TN 37415. They do not care about the paying public and have really poor leadership.They do not believe in good customer service and have a sub par work ethic and the leadership there stinks. 3/9/24 at 8pm this pizza was delivered. Overcooked and dry. No attempt to make order right. Buy at your own risk

Outstanding food. This place tastes like Pizza Hut used to, back when it was good, when you turned in your book coupon, got your own personal pizza, and kicked butt in PacMan. The flavors meld in a way that only fresh ingredients can provide: the crunch of the peppers, the sizzle of the peppers, and the crispiness of the crust send you to another place. The atmosphere is kinda basic, but all the magic happens behind the counter. Trust the fat guy when I say you want to eat here.

Sorry I don't have any photos but this is definitely one of the best pizza places in town and they NEVER let me down. It is a little pricey compared some other pizzaplaces but the pizza is always full of toppings, hot and fresh. I only have bought the deep dish pizzas. I have been going to this place for years. A great little hidden jewel in Hixson,Tn.

I had eaten a Jets pizza before in Michigan, but it was a long time ago, and this was my husband's first experience. The service was excellent. We chose to eat in, so when we got our pizza, it was straight out of the oven. The crust was so crispy and thick. The sauce was like a mild version of another big pizza company. The cheese was good, but we got lots of toppings, so there didn't seem to be much. Now the toppings. We weren't big fans of the sausage. It was really dried out. The ranch is epic, so if you dip your pizza in ranch, they have you covered. You can even buy a bottle to take home with you.
The owner Paul Delivered us pizza at Long Hyundai. All of us were very happy with the pizza. The deep dish is EXCELLENT. THANKS SO

Best pizza in Hixson! Love this crust! Service is fast and friendly. Definitely a step above the chain pizza places around here. Wish there was one close enough for me to order delivery. I live in Cleveland and I'm willing to drive the 45 minutes just to eat this glorious pie!!

I had heard great things. The pizza was good but hardly had any cheese! We ordered the Jet10. I was a little disappointed.
