The BBQ ribs were a bit dry. The chicken was good and the white sauce was what I would expect. BBQ is still part art and chains just are too formula based.

The usual great food, but rather poor service. 2 pm on a week day, not busy at all. It's hard to be disappointed with such great food around, but the waitstaff tries their worst.

Great service! Pulled pork was excellent!! Do not miss the pecan pie, wonderful. Thanks to the manager for making sure my food allergy (lemon) was well taken care of MUCH APPRECIATED!!

Parking: Above and beyond for everything. Will DEFINITELY be back!!

My husband and myself both got food poisoning from the undercooked chicken wings. Ate most of them and noticed blood. Have been up all night sick as a dog with my husband. Never again

Today was the first business meeting at this location for a local and regional network marketing group. Jim and Nick's always has great food. Whether I delivered for them via Rideshare or simply having a meal today. Seeing I went to another BBQ place recently, it was time to compare the two restaurants and they both were great! The beans from Jim and Nick's has a nice hickory smoked smell and the pulled pork was juicy and flavorful. Highly recommend.

Vegetarian options: Yes. Beans, coleslaw, salads and more.

Parking: In a mall parking lot. Plenty of parking.

Devin took care of us! Their Honey Habanero Sauce is so good! Especially on the pork. Highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back!

Today was our first visit to Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q in Chattanooga and our server Lacey welcomed us with 5-star service...collards were the best with the excellent freshly prepared cake-like biscuits+...thanks for the memorable time...we'll be back!

The service was OUTSTANDING from the moment we walked through the door. Ms. Carly was so sweet warm and welcoming. It’s rare to find people who exhibit this kind of care and passion. If you ever visit be sure to ask for her. Hands down the best server ever. Oh, and I can not leave Ken out he was the food expert. He was very knowledgeable of the food selections. The food was AMAZING. This was my husband’s first visit, but not the last. He said this is his new favorite barbecue restaurant. If you want food make from scratch infused with love try Jim ‘N Nick’s in Chattanooga.

Our waiter was fabulous. He totally understand my son's allergies and was so helpful in trying to help the best he could. It would be awesome though if y'all could offer maybe grilled chicken or chicken fingers without milk or eggs or even a kiser bun for hamburgers. Just an option of some sort of food for allergy restrictions. The food was marvelous though. I won't be able to bring the kids back but maybe my husband and I can return.

Vegetarian options: There are no options for egg or milk allergies so I assume there wouldn't be for any other allergy. I'd suggest taking a Kaiser bun with you for a hamburger and maybe some vegan butter for the baked potato.

We came into town this weekend and ate here. The food is SO good! And I was more so impressed by the happy staff, how quickly everyone worked, and esp the managers coming by and checking on us. We had a long day and they truly made us forget our worries for a bit.

Good was very good the smell made my mouth water. The only two complaints I have is the booth was a little dirty and the bathroom is too and the staff were a little slow BUT I’ve been to Texas and the bbq is of course delicious and surprisingly the bbq here at Jim’s and Nicks is the closest you will get to Texas bbq here in Tennessee .Will probably come back
