Very busy during the day but quick service. At night's pretty dead, still quick service. I had the turkey sandwich without mayonnaise about 6:15 p.m. On Thursday night. By Friday morning that thing had shot right through me. Don't know what it was, they did give me a little tub of ranch dressing to try on it. Maybe that was it but I will not be going back.

Your employee at this location was so rude. He said his name was John and that he was the manager. I hope he is not. I come here often. I never will again. I may have been wrong,, but he was terrible. I cannot put into words how disappointed I was. I usually ignore people like him, so disappointed in this store. I was treated like garbage. So hurt.

I just passed by my local Jimmy John’s on a casual Saturday. I saw a lovely pregnant employee taking a break outside of this Market Street location. She was also smoking a lovely cigarette—not only warming her lungs, but her unborn child’s as well! The child may come out freaky fast, but not freaky fresh. SHAME.
Staff locks the doors 30-40 minute before actual closing time so if you want dinner you better go before 6

Every single time I order delivery, my order ends up incorrect. If I order a veggie sandwich, I’ll get meat. If I ask for no mayo, I’ll get extra. It may be fine if you’re planning to dine in so you can correct mistakes, but beware ordering delivery from here.

Freaky fast my ssa! I work downtown and occasionally eat here.. today I ordered at 2:06pm and it is now 3pm..... still nothing. I called to check on my order and was told he(don't know the guys name) would call the driver and see what's up. I haven't received a call back and my order still hasn't shown up. I'm done with this place! There are far too many LOCAL spots to be dealing with this and the food is mediocre at best.
