Sandwich cost $12 and was below average. Asked for fountain water and the staff said they would have to charge soda prices for it. Ridiculous…

Employees are extremely rude. Most definitely will NOT be back! Not to mention I asked for a combo and was charged 6$ extra due to it being entered in individually. Flat out ridiculous.

The girl that was ready to leave was so rude. FYI don't ask to try the pickles or have them on the side. It is not allowed. And don't ask for extra pickles for your $15 combo. It is toooo hard and they give you 3! Lol not again

I was in chattanooga touring when me and my friend decided to stop at jimmy johns and grab a few sandwiches. When we finally got back and went through our bags we only had bread loafs and not actual sandwiches...

So lucky to find this place in a seeming forsaken downtown - JJ never tasted so good - nothing else was familiar, nearby, or even within reasonable walking distance ... after 3000 steps - we decided we've explored plenty & were becoming weary - almost fully deserted downtown - though a beautiful myriad of classic architecture and nice (perhaps empty) buildings... with very few humans in sight...
A once in a lifetime - for sure

Absolutely atrocious. Said wife's coupon was "being weird." Had to get manager to explain that it required using the app (perfectly reasonable if that had been explained when asked the first time. Then, after offering to order app, restaurant said they would refuse to make it. Obviously, could have just walked out without paying the sandwiches but the kids were hungry. Then, the employee refused to provide water cups. Absolutely no reason to go here with dozens of other better, local shops downtown.

Restaurantji Recommends
Music was crazy loud and even when asked if they would lower it a bit, it never was. Also- just not warm and friendly in any situation. Wouldn't recommend.

The inaccurate menu does NOT list everything that comes on the sandwich! Lettuce and tomato and mayo were added when not listed in the list of sandwich ingredients. Definitely wished I knew that before we spent $22 on 2 sandwiches. We will not be returning.

Overall, this was a good door dash experience. I called to check on the status at one point (not an issue) and the gentleman on the phone was very nice. The delivery driver was also friendly and the sandwich was pretty good. I ended up removing the turkey from the sandwich because it looked sort of weird but I thoroughly enjoyed the rest of my sandwich. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars but it wont deter me from going back. I am a big fan of Jimmy John's and am happy they are situated just down the street from me!
