I normally love Jimmy John’s but not this location. I was charged full price for a water cup and I was told that this is the only way to get a water. I also was denied free toppings when I asked for Jimmy peppers on the side. Not impressed.

Placed an order on the app at 12:30. Called at 1:15 as I hadn’t received the order yet. I understand it’s lunch hour and volume could be high, but 45 min at JJ seems out of character. The guy on the phone told me they’re busy and it’ll be another 30 minutes before I can get my order. My order was just a combo, nothing wild. I asked if he could throw in a cookie for this ridiculous wait time to which he said “I’ll have to ask my manager.” I laughed and hung up. Food was fine once it finally got to me but manager approval for a cookie is crazy.

The guy who delivered to 1st Presbyterian on McCallie was amazing. He not only helped me carry them downstairs into the dining hall but helped to set them up. You just don't see this kind of service too often.
I have to give a shout out to this Jimmy John's location. I walked in with a hand written note with orders for 21 sandwiches and handed it to the guy. He took it, my number, and said he'd get it done.They were super busy filling online orders and preparing catering boxes, but they did a great job getting lunch ready for the soccer team I was getting lunch for. Even wrote the names of the players on each sandwich to make it super easy to pass out.Thanks!!!

Finally received delivery order placed online to location less than 1/2 mile away after 55 minutes and 2 calls to find out where it was. No one offered to make it right.
