This store has gone straight into the crapper. Had I ordered from the Market St location and walked the 1.5 miles to pick it up and I would have gotten faster.
Freaky Fast my…!!!
As shown in the photo, placed a pickup order through the app at 11:31a and it wasn’t ready until 12:52p. Ridiculous.
Hate it because I used to order from this store all the time. Staff changes and all has gone off the rails.

Hadn’t been to a Jimmy John’s in years but thought I would give it a try again. There was only one person working which is fine because it was slow, and I was in there an hour before closing. The employee seemed annoyed that I didn’t immediately didn’t know what I wanted to order, I wanted to take a moment to see what had changed on the menu since it had been a while since I had been. When I decided and I asked for simple things like to have mayo and mustard on the bread etc he seemed annoyed I was asking. I was made to feel like a total inconvenience when I was the only customer in there. Won’t be back.

There is only one person currently working. The manager is in the back sleeping. No wonder this place has so many poor reviews in regard to service. The girl working deserves to be promoted, management needs to be fired. Currently out of Dr. Pepper and Lemonade is making an awful noise.

This comes from a local business owner and I would hope appropriate action is taken with staff. If management issues are corrected I will replace current review with a 5 star.

Service is horrible. The guy taking orders is super unfriendly and short. They aren’t fast at all and there are like 8 people waiting for food. I’ve been waiting for about 10 minutes. I feel like they need more than two people here during lunch hours

Ordered here for delivery. About 25 mins later called and asked where it was, said it was out for delivery. Waited. And waited. Still never came. I live less than a mile from the store. I ended up canceling the order. Do not order from here. Your food will not come.

The past two times i have ordered from this location for delivery , it has take well over an hour to get my order. I usually order to my work which is only a 3 min drive. I really don’t see any excuse for this especially since jimmy johns uses such small delivery zones since they advertise being “freaky fast.” I’ll definitely think twice before ordering from this location anymore.

When Nash is working the food quality is 10x better. The guy today literally put 2 tablespoons of tuna on my sandwich because they ran out. If I'm paying 14 bucks I expect more than half my sandwich to have tuna on it lol. Not surprising just annoying. Nash for a raise 2025! Always makes it perfectly.

Ordered food at 12:23pm on a Saturday and called restaurant 30 minutes later to check the status. The employee said the food was out for delivery. At 1:19pm (almost one hour since the order was put in), I received a text that the order was out for delivery and finally received it at 1:34pm, 1 hour and 11 minutes after ordering. I live a half mile from the JJ on Frazier. I like the food, but won’t be ordering food from here in the future.

Don't order delivery from this store!

Multiple times when I've been at work needing food delivered I'll place an order just to be called 10-20min later being told that they cannot fulfill my order because they don't have a driver. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you are unable to fulfill delivery fix it on doordash etc so people don't have to wait for doordash support to cancel your order and give you a refund before you order from a different store.

I have ordered from this restaurant 4 times in the last 2 months with 3 of them being canceled. I will not be ordering delivery from them ever again.

Food is good but if you order it online it takes 30+ minutes for it to be delivered and I’m only 0.4 miles away. Better off just going there.

The restaurant was not busy. The person taking our order was too busy texting to take our order. Had to get our own drink cups. The ice machine was out of ice. In general poor service for a place that charges $10 for a small sandwich. My first and last time eating here. Of course the food was made wrong. The bread was hard (it’s my first time eating here so this might be normal).

Freaky fast more like freaky slow! Delivery averages an hour and a half. My office is less than half a mile or a 15 minute walk round-trip from this location. I have ordered multiple times for the benefit of the doubt but receive the same service.
