Just ate there on 08/19/2025 and me and my family ended up with food poisoning. It is now 08/21/2025 and we are still recovering. We have missed work and school due to this. Unacceptable.

This place is disgusting. They recently almost failed their health inspection with a score of 71. Do not get a job here. It is a toxic work environment full of favoritism and immaturity. They collect the worker’s tips and keep them for months. They leave out meats after slicing for hours sometimes. They barely reprimand anyone for not following food safety protocols. Oh and don’t forget about the mold in the soda machine and the tea dispensers!!!

Cannot follow simple instructions. I have had multiple issues where sandwiches were made completely wrong. When asked for a refund, they make excuses as to why they can’t, then offer a $5 just card instead. They should focus on being freaky correct instead of freaky fast.

I’m hoping this gets to the right people, but this location DOES NOT follow food safety regulations. There was only one person working tonight, a very nice woman, who I watched use the same gloves to handle multiple credit cards, touch dirty computer screens, and then HANDLE the food without ever changing gloves. Absolutely disgusting and the number one reason why bacteria borne illnesses are spread at places like this. DO NOT EAT HERE ???
Update: I also shared this feedback on Jimmy John’s website the same night I left this review (5 days ago), and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Very disappointed with Jimmy John’s and the lack of significance they’ve attributed to my concern.
Lauren was absolutely amazing!! There were multiple cars in the drive thru line and she was alone in the store and going so fast for one person it was wild. She deserves a raise as well as someone else working with her to help.
