I forgot to ask them to toast my subs and they had already gotten one made and wrapped but they straight up started over and toasted it with no extra charge and I said sorry for making you have to fix another one up and he was like that's what I'm here for best service I've seen in the fast food chain

Ordered online. Took a couple hours to get food. Sandwich was made incorrectly: Vito came with mayonnaise (when it shouldn't) and did not include oil & vinegar at all (which it should) Worst experience with a Jimmy John's.

Do not eat here. Jan 3rd. 2026 my family of 6 ate here and half of us got food poisoning. We're still really sick. It was horrible. We think it was either the tomatoes or lettuce but after looking into this it seems like JJ has always struggled with not giving their customers some sort of E coli or other horrible sickness. We will never return to JJ again. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this franchise.

I placed a delivery order because I have a short lunch and tackling Gunbarrel road kills most of my break time. They didnt deliver my full order and I didnt have time to drive there to get the missed item. The staff kindly and quickly sent someone to me to deliver the 2nd part of the order and I didnt have to sacrifice my lunch time driving to pick it up. Much appreciated!!!!

Is “Freaky Fast” not a part of the slogan anymore? They pawn off deliveries to UberEats or DoorDash. If you’re ordering delivery for your lunch break, order it about an hour before your break! Hire more drivers.

Terrible ownership. I had an issue with my take-out order, no issues, mistakes happen. I called to get it sorted out, and they said that the owner of the Igou Gap Jimmy Johns would be alerted to, they would call and work out the incorrect to-go order. No one called, I reached back out to Jimmy Johns, they said the owner was alerted. I requested them reach out again, nothing again. This place doesn't care about their customer, and now they lost a customer that used to order at least once a week from them.
I'm not sure why the owner gave me the response below. I had already contacted them to share my feedback. Obviously, they don't read these, they're just trying to 'fix' bad reviews with standard replies. Their customer service for issues is awful, and I went from being a weekly customer, and have never gone back.
Supposed to be a fast eats place. Piss slow. They're just subway at this point. Takes them forever to do not much at all. Is the whole crew quiet quitting? Or are they incompetent? Hard to tell, but it sucks from the customers point of view. Sandwiches are fine once ya get them.
They fell off hard on the hustle.
