The Howard High School Class had a get together at Jonathan's on February 12, 2026. It was great food and awesome service. Sophia and Rachel were our hostesses and they treated us royally.

Overall, the visit and food great always. We ran into 2 issues. 1 as being seated my wife tried ask hostess a question. However, as my wife started ask question... manager walked in between us to address a situation. Thank you. Waitress was fantastic... issue we wanted dessert. Just brought the check. The place was busy and look like issues of short handed. This just eyes of the customer. We will return.

Excellent food; though very pricy for the amount. Service made us feel quite rushed as the server kept asking to place our ticket even though we just got there and ordered a drink and we're going to order food. Had to tell him several times to slow down so we could enjoy our time. Still kept rushing us even though there weren't packed like normal.

Wow we loved this place 😍 if u want a quiet table u can sit and wait if u dont care than go to the back it is first come first serve. Great place to watch any sporting event and good food great drinks!! Our new favorite place. Wide variety of food and the staff is excellent on top of there game for how busy the waitresses are. Definitely recommend

So many menu options! Everything I’ve ever had is great! The Buffalo chicken dip or the chicken skewers are a good choice for appetizers. The salmon bowl is one of my faves and the pizza is really good!

Driving across country you need a good meal after sitting in a car all day. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE Steak sandwich and baked potato. Grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries covered in cinnamon. Wife said delicious. Steps from hotel place was busy and fast.

I came back to Jonathan’s today after having their works pizza a couple of days ago! Mattie and Sophie waited on me today and gave me excellent service. I got the carnivore pizza 🍕 today and it was also delicious!

So the food we had was good. The service was good. What is not good. They charge a “hospitality fee” on all orders. The food is already a little higher priced than the restaurants around them. Tennessee state law states they must tell you about this fee, before the sale. Here it is from the state laws itself. “Is Credit Card Surcharging Legal in Tennessee?
Yes, surcharging is legal in Tennessee.
However, merchants must clearly disclose these costs to customers prior to the sale.”
This however wasn’t done. I looked at the menu. It’s not stated on it. My girlfriend looked also. And didn’t see it. Didn’t see it posted by the door. When we left. Needless to say. Doesn’t matter if the food or service was good. We will not be back.
When we asked, we were told it was a fee for using a credit card. I told them we haven’t paid yet. So they don’t know we were using a card. It was on the bill before all that. Even then, a debit card is exempt from this “fee.” As it is a different kind of transaction. They are just using this “fee” to charge you extra.
