It took me over a month to get my money back on in order that was missing about half of the items and ironically I never received a receipt in the bag which of course they request when giving your refund to you because you didn't have your food it's nearly called stealing in my opinion but don't worry if you wait a month you'll get your money back via voucher for KFC in the mail

I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. This time I ordered food online and received a confirmation email stating the order was ready. When I arrived they only had excuses, no chicken. This isn't the first time I've gone through this with this store. Maybe this location shouldn't accept online orders of they can't handle then efficiently!!

This is the worst fast food restaurant in Chattanooga. Went through the drive-through and had to wait 25 minutes to get my food, and then when we got home, turns out we only received half of our order. Extremely frustrating. They donāt even have chicken ready most of the time. It makes no sense, horribly ran establishment.

Worst KFC EXPERIENCE EVER! Half my order was cold by time they cooked the rest of the grease soaked chicken, I was told to pull away from drive thru with part of my order, so other customers could get their order. While waiting in the parking lot I was confronted by two pan handlers..I should have given them the first bag of my order as it took 18 minutes to get the rest of my order. Then the girl told me I was lucky I got it when I did, because they was about to change the old oil before I showed up!!! YUCK!

My family and I have not ate at kfc in a long time, My first time back at this location. Broad street downtown Chattanooga was the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. The food has clearly been sitting out for at least 4 hours. I was spoke to like a child by the staff that gave me incorrect portions of food, This particular location needs to be inspected by the health department. I will never return to this location again. Maybe I will try another location in the but this location seriously needs help. Never will I ever return again.

This is the worst! I went 2 months ago and waited 20 minutes for my food I preordered as I was in the little waiting area I heard one of the managers telling the one cook to put some of that food back he was taking for the night that there were customers waiting for what he was taking, he ignored her and left with two big bags of food. Tonight I went and got a 12 piece mealā¦. We all know thatās a 40.00 bill, only to get home and got 3 mystery pieces and others that looked like they should have been tossed away hours ago!! So dry and discolored! Iāll never waste another penny at KFC! Such a damn shame how quality has gone down as prices go waaaay up!
Great food, great attitude, shift leader/manager was working hard and so we're employees dealing with a steady flow of business and never missed a beat. She deserves recognition. People like her are the kind who hold a business together.

Was stopping by over the weekend new around town and what a mistake going there. Ordered 4 meals and 1 was short a item I asked could they give me the missing item and was told by a worker that her manager fixed our order so she knew it wasn't anything missing!! It's a joke those worker's that day were definitely joker's.
