I have never been to a fast food place where the chicken was so burnt I gave one star because the slaw and the mashed potatoes was ok but they should do the neighborhood a favor and close down 👎

It never fails that when I come here the food is never ready. They're always out of this and that, causing your fast food trip to last 20 mins or more! Sunday is a busy day for chicken and they should be better prepared for the crowds! 58 hwy is terrible too! Managers need to get their stores together!

8:00pm sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes and they're not answering me. Ended up driving up to window to get an order. Two or three folks drove off waiting for help to make an order.

I wouldn't get a straw from this place. Whenever I've gotten a simple sandwich meal, the sandwich is always sloppingly put out together, fries are hardly fresh and seasoned, and they're stingy with sauces. Bad food, Nasty kitchen, and rude customer service. The manager and employees show they don't care at all.
Although the store is in need of remodeling that doesn't stop the employees from giving very good service. I was asked if I wanted to wait a few minutes for some fresh chicken and because of how friendly they were I didn't mind at all. Very professional employees there.

Woman was rude and overcharged us and did not give our receipt, she failed to provide my sticky chicky sauce for my 4 chicken tenders. No straw either.
