This is the worst kfc I've ever been to nothing was fresh staff was very rude food been sitting a while wouldn't recommend anyone go to this location Ooltewah has the best kfc compared to this garbage

I went through the drive thru last night with 3 hungry children. Ordered a 3 piece and a pot pie and some fries. They told me to pull around and they’d bring it out. After 30 minutes of waiting I go in to see what the deal is and they tell me they sold the pot pie and the chicken still isn’t done. I tell them I want a full refund and a rude ass woman at the window said “she really wanted that pot pie huh. Had to have that POT PIE”. Genuinely the worst “fast food” experience ever. Maybe get some help that is competent and KIND.

Went through the drive thru, ordered a 3 piece meal. A cashier named tomica charged me the full price for it,shown on the receipt..get home and had a 2 piece meal. Customers Please check your orders before you leave the drive thru.

Let me just say this meal was the worse 62.00 I've ever spent!! Not only was my order not all there the chicken was partially raw!! The mac and cheese had a orange glob I had to scrape off and it was old and just in a wad.it wouldnt even stir up!! They left the potatoes out and gave 3 cups of gravy?? All around disgusting!!! Beware!!!!!!

Out doin some shopping stopped by to grab my Sons some lunch pretty dead ordered some food I asked for a lit more gravy due to my Sons bowls not having much in them you'd think you get some since your dining in I was told I'd be charged 2 bucks for gravy KFC I know times are hard but give me a break if your workers would actually be working & not on thier fones they'd probably put proper amounts of what is required Bad place will NEVER go here again

Poor employees, one employee standing in front of the counter on break, using profanity out loud while on the phone. Also 30 min wait on crispy chicken. Lobby empty and seems like a closed establishment. I most likely want ever go back. It's better to ride extra miles to ooltewah or E. Brainerd .

So... Usually the food is okay. However, very disappointed this evening! We had multiple issues with our meal. First, we picked up the order sent in through the app (8 pc chicken+8 tender meal). They completely missed our 8 extra tenders. I tried to call multiple times and no one picked up the phone. I decided to wait until after eating to call again. We had ordered a fry with our meal which was only 1/2 full. They were so cold and definitely old as they were hard as a rock. After eating, I tried calling again about 30-45 minutes later. Still no answer.

Drive thru was closed, so I had to go inside and I stood there for about 5 minutes before the lady took my order, and when I got home the food was very dry and not fresh at all, the store was dirty and the employees didn’t wear gloves at all, and they didn’t have any bottled water, so think twice before getting food from here.
