I ordered the Tuesdays $10 special....8 piece thighs and legs. The chicken was soggy to the point where the breading/flour just fell off the chicken. The chicken was basically naked.! I ordered the 8 piece tenders also. They were fine. I just wont be back to this location.

We had ordered the Tuesday Special 8 piece Legs and Thighs only. Was in and out. It was pretty busy with larger orders, Uber/Door Dash pick-ups. The customer service was great from the Manager to the cashier, to the cooks. Everyone was networking with each other. Now that's TEAM WORK 😇. And this LOCATION is always consistent with their chicken. Taste pretty good 😋.

I ordered two 8 piece for 10 dollars each was in drive through had to park and wait ten minutes got home the chicken was very dark over cooked salty if I was near would have taken it back they knew that chicken wasn't worth serving to people...it was very awful this was today 10/14 2025 sad 😕

My husband placed a mobile order. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. He got to the store 20 minutes later. They asked him to pull around. 25 minutes later he went back through drive thru and she told him she didn't know anything about the order. He asked to speak to the manager and she laughed at him. Nobody would help him. He and our hungry kid left there without food. Hopefully, we will get a refund since it was already paid for on the app.

This is the nasty, rudest, worst restaurant I've ever been to after more than 45 minutes I have not received my order but have witnessed 4 employees take smoke breaks and litter. The employees are verbally abusive and really disgusting people. I will NEVER go here again. This is my second visit here and both times have been nightmares!

I went through the drive thru last night with 3 hungry children. Ordered a 3 piece and a pot pie and some fries. They told me to pull around and they’d bring it out. After 30 minutes of waiting I go in to see what the deal is and they tell me they sold the pot pie and the chicken still isn’t done. I tell them I want a full refund and a rude ass woman at the window said “she really wanted that pot pie huh. Had to have that POT PIE”. Genuinely the worst “fast food” experience ever. Maybe get some help that is competent and KIND.
