The dining experience was disappointing, as the food served was dry, and the atmosphere was marred by an employee who was found sleeping at a table in the restaurant. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude, both to me and my friends.

Stopped off to get some lunch at the KFC off East Brainerd Road. First time eating at this specific location. The food was very good, and the prices are great. The down side. It is summer time and 94 degrees outside, and they didn’t even have the AC turned on. It was miserable. You could tell they tried to mop the floors, but they were muddy, slippery, it is just made it that much more humid. Overall the tables were sticky and everything felt dirty. We ended up eating our food as fast as we could as we were sweeting to get out of there and back to the AC of our car. If they fix the AC, clean a little more, this place could be a really good place.

The gentleman that was working the counter today was so professional and kind. He is a testament pleasant atmosphere of this restaurant. The staff worked well together to get my food quickly and I came at the end of the lunch rush. I had is off to this manager they have definitely put together a good lunch crew.

Won’t take your order if you go in. Was told would be right with me multiple times to just be ignored and walk around. Manager didn’t care multiple people were waiting to order. He was too worried about a bowl on the floor. Absolutely worst customer service ever not to mention everyone there had headphones in.

Came through the drive through at 8:07pm to place an order for the 10 piece family meal. We were told “ let me see if we have chicken”. This should’ve been the point we left, however we didn’t. After checking we were told they can do half and half of crispy and original. We agreed and finished our order. We pull up to the window and pay. After sitting there for almost 10 minutes the employee comes to the window to ask us if we want our biscuits because it’ll be another 9 minutes or do we want to swap out for another side. For an establishment that closes at 11pm and whose sole purpose is selling chicken and biscuits y’all need to do a better job at ensuring you have the necessary food to properly serve your customers.

The food was awful. The gravy and mashed potatoes were very runny. The biscuit was the only thing that was good; the chicken was dry. A customer at the drive-through waited too long to order, which is no wonder, given that your employees were walking around outside, making several trips to the dumpster, smoking, and playing on their phones. Yet, two employees inside tried to keep up with everyone. It's Friday night; they're extremely busy, so I understand. They took customers' orders when there was no one else in line because everyone else was outside by the dumpster, smoking. I don't plan on coming to this KFC again.

Disorganized, slow, lunchtime and did not have basic offerings ready. Said it would take 15 minutes to make 4 chicken legs, then after 20 minutes they said the legs weren't even breaded and it would take another 30. Save yourself the time and do not go to this KFC!

Ordered my food at 3:12 pm was told to pull around it was going to be a minute, cool. Waited 15 minutes, walked in side still had to wait another ten minutes. 2 people in the lobby. If it was busy wouldn't say anything but damn. Left at 3:40. It was just a sandwich. Second time this crap has happened at this store. And y'all wonder why no one goes to y'all's restaurant anymore...

I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 2:25. It was not busy at all. I was very busy at the moment but needed something to eat. I place it online so it should be on time right? I waited 20 minutes or more to get my order but the biggest problem is that a man that walked in and placed his order behind me got his order right away. They were very nice to him and he got his order much sooner than i received mine and he told them that i was in front of him. When my order finally is ready at 3:36 the woman asks me to prove that I ordered online and even when I showed her my online receipt she was giving me a hard time about it not showing my name. The elderly lady that was at the counter 2/22/2025 was the slowest I’ve seen anyone move in a very long time. I felt as she was spiteful that I was waiting on my order and made sure she took her time getting to it last. Once my order was finally ready, she wanted me to prove that I ordered the food. I showed her the online receipt but that wasn’t good enough for her because it didn’t show a name on the receipt. I told her this is literally the app, what do you want from me? She finally gave me my order after I showed her my name in the app which took forever to find. Absolutely terrible experience
