Waited about 40 minutes on order. Was told it would be 20-30 minutes for chicken and it was dinner time. To top things off, I pull around after over 30 minutes and the manager made a joke about my wait. No apology and our order wasn't even right. I was supposed to get a thigh and they gave me a wing, sides weren't full, and Mac n cheese was old. Also, can't get gift cards to work. Never coming back to this store. I spent almost an hour here. Waste of time, horrible service, and always have to wait too long.

AMAZING staff with the fastest and most correct food service I've ever seen, the managers are cheerful and genuinely enjoy their jobs and the employees actually feed off that with similar positive attitudes as well! Facility is also clean, bright and well maintained, good on all of you that work there I wish I had the power to give all of you bonuses and raises ?
Parking: While yes technically there's plenty of parking, half of the parking is behind the building but really not usually an issue as most people don't dine in at this location (I guess because the employees are too fast ?)

We ordered again and they managed to remember one item!!!!! Wow!!! It’s a miracle!!! Now my girlfriend can actually eat what she ordered. Again how is it so difficult to get a single order correct.

Do not get the hot and spicy 8 piece wings. Mine was not tender and the breading was falling off showing the hot sauce (blood red) coating on the chicken. It looked appalling.
