Called this location and had such bad service that I will be writing a COMPLAINT to company headquarters. I asked staff basic questions and they for the love of god took forever to answer them and provide me with the appropriate service. My experience interacting with KFC employees was much worse than in other parts of the country service workers I have lived in. Please do better for the next customer. If company management is reading this this location is giving you a bad name!

Great lunch spot. It's KFC what else is there to say you already know if you like it or not. But I'll add, I always get excellent service at this location in Hixson. I've never had a bad experience. Always fast, fresh chicken and friendly staff. Recommend ordering in the app for extra discounts

We ordered through DoorDash this evening. Ordered a pot pie with our meal and of course we didn’t get our pot pie and they gave us a bowl. Very disappointed

The chicken was not done more than once even after taking it back . The employee didn't know the difference between thigh and breast. The nuggets very cherry raw grisly Manager tried to fix it but gave us raw chicken and a thigh instead of breast honest mistake... biscuits hard dry Man we airways lived KFC what happen bed⁸⁸

Ignored by 3 employees including the shift manager at the window while they talked shop for minutes. Doing things right matters less when you fail at doing the right things when it comes to a restaurant

Waited about 40 minutes on order. Was told it would be 20-30 minutes for chicken and it was dinner time. To top things off, I pull around after over 30 minutes and the manager made a joke about my wait. No apology and our order wasn't even right. I was supposed to get a thigh and they gave me a wing, sides weren't full, and Mac n cheese was old. Also, can't get gift cards to work. Never coming back to this store. I spent almost an hour here. Waste of time, horrible service, and always have to wait too long.
