Let me lay out the scene… I pulled up to the drive-through at 6:50 AM. There was one truck ahead of me already at the window to pay. A very rude voice came through the speaker to take my order. As I was telling her my order, I saw the very small sign on the menu that said they were closed until 7 AM. When she handed me my two donuts, I said thank you and her hateful reply was “I wasn’t even supposed to serve you until 7 but nobody’s looking at the sign” then rolled her eyes and walked away. Erika has a big attitude problem but there still was no need to pinch my donuts into pancakes.

Doughnuts behind the counter had a weird taste, I ordered a dozen. I drove back home 1 hr and I tasted them, it gave like an old oil taste. Idk how to explain it? Didn't seem fresh at all, too oily/greasy. Didn't like them at all. But the lady working there at the register was kind of nice that's about it.

Valentines Day donuts for the win…. NOPE… Those donuts were small and NO WHERE NEAR the way they were shown in advertisements AND they were more expensive… Should have went to Dunkin. It was closer.

The minis was so stale.... I went in this morning and got two mini donuts a chocolate glaze and a chocolate glaze with sprinkles and I took one bite of the chocolate glaze and had to spit it out It was so stale..... I will be sure to never ever get them again nasty and I don't know when I'll be returning to Krispy

I stopped by today a Krispy Kreme and bought a cinnamon roll. I would have been better off stopping at the grocery store and picking up a box of Little Debbie cinnamon rolls. At least I would had a value getting the Little Debbie product.

The sign on the door and the website all day that the store closes at 10pm. We stopped at 8:50 only to be meet with a locked door. The drive thru line was too long and slow, so we left without donuts. Very disappointing. If you intend to close early, please update your website.
