This was my first visit. Sadly, I was not impressed. The classic Krystal burger was odd tasting and didn't look like burger meat. Eventually when our order was taken we were greeted with a friendly smile. That was nice. The restaurant was cold inside and the seats were hard. The tables and seats were not wiped down. At least the people were nice.

Showed up this morning around 8AM for a DoorDash delivery. Sign on the door states lobby opens at 6AM, yet the doors were locked. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, no employee ever came on. I then called the store and no one answered the phone. Looking through the windows, never saw a single person inside.

We showed up at 1am and no one was there, the whole place was shut down. They advertise as 24 hours but they were closed. Change your hours if you're not going to be open, you're wasting everyones time!

The night shift need a manger or a new manager. They never answer the drive thru at night. Was there for over 15min waiting on someone to answer the drive thru for an online order and they never came. This is not the 1st or 2nd time this has happened. I don't recommend anyone to come here at night!

Food that taste and looks like it has been sat out for hours. I ordered the chili cheese pup meal. The hog dogs are greenish and hard as a brick and after one bite i threw my $12 meal in the trash. Can't tell if the fries are not cooked all the way or cooked in old oil. Would avoid the Shallowford location . Not worth the money or having food poisoning. They don't give a damn to correct it either so don't bother.
