Order #1 plain. Med fry. 2 corn pups. Med tots. 2 large cokes. Waited 45 minutes. Asked for a refund was told Mgr was on vacation and they are not approved to give refunds. No food and no money back. Would not recommend the location on Shallowford Rd in Chattanooga. This doesn't even deserve 1 star in my opinion.. I also reported it on Krystal site

Sit in drive thru for 15 minutes was told to hold on, tried multiple times to get someone to take our order would not acknowledge us. Watched it happen to 4 other vehicles also. Never be back again seems like the same situation at every fast food restaurant in this area.

Definitely not what it used to be. The food doesn’t taste the same and they’re very slow. I’ve been adding bean chili to the pups for years and all of a sudden they can’t do it even when I offered to pay extra. We really miss old Krystal’s!

Whoever worked third shift this morning needs more training. It took 40 minutes to receive my order and it was sloppily prepared when I finally received it. It was also EXTREMELY salty, not like your typical Krystal’s. I wish I could get a refund.Edit: forgot to mention the lady tried to turn me away by telling me she won’t be able to serve food for an hour but she couldn’t because I had a mobile order.

They were very helpful with feeding part of 3 buses on our way home from Disney vacation. We had a roadside emergency early in the evening and threw our schedule way off. They took it all with a smile and laughed with us. GREAT JOB KRYSTAL for hiring helpful and caring people.

Witch ever ragedy dusty good for nothing stank big drawls havin girl who work night shift drive threw on 2/29/24 need to be fired smell like new ports 4 dif baby daddy’s and ebt kept my food told me I couldn’t get my milk shake to call door dash even tho I placed order on app then told me to cal the store she was in to get a refund ridiculous unprofessional and typical will never eat here again rudest sorry excuse of a human being I ever dealt with and on top of it all didn’t put no cheese on my Krystal’s and left 3 of them out some body need to fire her called to try and situate it and got hung up in my face

How is this place in business?? I wouldn’t feed this disgusting food to my dog, a wild animal, anything. This nasty undercooked, sloppy food looks like it will take off 10 years of your life just looking at it let alone consuming it. The meat was grey, mushy, raw in spots. The whole order was wrong, missed items, and we waited 25 mins in the drive through. I don’t have any regrets in life besides coming here and wasting my time, money and life. Do yourself a favor and just don’t. I’d rather drive two blocks down to the Waffle House and lick that floor at 5am then ever look at your food. Y’all need help. Being someone who has worked in the food industry you need better business standards and training.

Maybe I got lucky, at 11pm I got through the drive through quickly.I have found that walking in to get food almost always suffers cause the drive through is given
