Just got done eating at the nicest Krystal’s I’ve ever been to. Food was fresh,fries were hot,employees were nice to me and the kids, and it was absolutely spotless in there..keep up the good work and setting the standard when it comes to the fast food industry!

The beautiful lady at the drive thru window made my night...she took a napkin and wiped of the sweat from the outside of the chocolate shake..twice before she handed it to me with a smile and a spoon and wished me to have a great evening.. She is priceless...she also made sure I had napkins in the bag..one of my peeves is no napkins in a to-go bag....and yes the Krystal's w/cheese were awesome as well.
Food is ok at the dalton location but the food at the shallowford rd location is meah and the reason for low stars is because they always take a long time to get the out to you
