The double bacon cheeseburger was exceptional. I eat here every Wednesday evening when I'm passing through East Ridge. Is the best Crystal I've ever eaten at would highly recommend.

I came through last night green car and sometimes black or white jeep. I been using the web and the app to order and the time it says its done, it is done. This is the only Krystal in the area past 10pm hands down. The closest krystal is about 5 min from me in Ringgold,Ga. I will drive past that one 20 minutes down the interstate to the East ridge Krystal anytime anyday. The food and the employees are always great. I had a problem with the one in Ringgold several times and I complained once, I left a review and Coorporate accidently thought it was the one in East ridge, The East ridge manager called me and I let him know they sent complaint to wrong one. The manager from the Ringgold never called or anything. I guess they are used to complaints in Ringgold. The East ridge manager and district manager stay on top of things. Please give credit where credit is due, the managers in this Krystal know what they are doing when they hire the people they do. Yall are an awesome team, and thanks for always cooking and serving the best food past 10pm. You are greatly appreciated.

I've eaten at Krystal all my life & I'm 70. Krystal use to be the affordable meal for the working family. NOT ANYMORE. I spent $35 at Krystal compared to $20 at Chick-fil-A. There was nothing outstanding at Krystal. Service was bland, choices we limited, & same old food for a MUCH higher price!! I like Krystals, but I can't afford it anymore.

The night shift crew Friday-Sunday are what I would consider the 1996 Chicago bulls of fast food. I have hit them with 10 dollar orders and 70 dollar orders. Fast, extremely hot and fresh and the guy working the window is always friendly and hilarious.

Gave me a smashed regular chik in place of the $7 waffle chik I ordered, I did not discover this mistake until after I got home because they had smashed it in a way that it resembled the waffle sandwich. This was after pulling me forward for 20 minutes to wait specifically on that sandwich. Just an insulting experience and I expect to be contacted about this or I will dispute the charge.

It was all good til I looked at receipt a sac full of kyrtals 3 fries and 3 drinks was $41. 41.. really? Is that how much it is for real to eat at crystals now ?
