I stopped by for a quick lunch on a hectic stressful day. I left feeling less stressed due to the kindness and service from Charlette. She went above what I would expect from a fast food restaurant. She made sure I got hot fries and she checked with all the dine in guests to see if they needed refills.This was my first time to eat at this Krystal and I will definitely return and hopefully see Ms Charlette smile again.

I couldn't wait until the chili came back and was let down, it didn't taste like it used to, had a burnt taste, who ever decided to make it a seasonal thing should be

Went 2/9/24 for dinner around 7pm and was greeted right away, ordered right away. Everyone including shift manager was super friendly and everything was super fresh!

Food was great. Employees very courteous. Restaurant w@s very clean! But one thing> was very disappointing to see. To dine in, you no longer get a tr@y you get a togo bag. And instead of there being 2 trash cans one at both exits there's only one. Our country is f@iling fast?

I can't say anything about the food because I left before making an order. I was greeted by rude staff the moment I walked in the door. It was painfully obvious that they really didn't want to be there.

Strange payment system. 10 percent up charge for credit card payment in other words 10% discount for cash payment (that is right, 10%) except cashier can not tell you the cash price until you pay. ???DetailsCashier told me credit card price, about $30 for 3 meals. I asked her for cash price since I had plenty of cash and coins to get rid of.She said she could not tell me the cash price until she enter my cash payment. So I said pretend I gave you a $50 bill, so she entered the $50 and told me my bill would be $28.50 (I am rounding, saving $1.50) with $21.50 in change. I gave her the exact amount of my bill, (the $28.50 or so). I asked her how is a customer supposed to know how much cash to pay? She shrugged and said it is just how their system works. This is an upper management problem.

I ordered 2 chili cheese fries and 2 chili cheese pups, got home and the pups was just buns with no meat no chili nothing. Tried to call up there bc I don't have time to go back rn and they will not answer the phone.. every single time I go to the east ridge tn. Location my order is somehow messed up.. please do better.. there wasn't even any cars or ppl dining inside when I pulled through the drive through.. literally no reason for this..

Paid-10.48 for meal disgusting it’s raw these dang things are only the thickness of a quarter how hard could this really be? We paid with cash and received no receipt…and the cashier was not friendly at all. Asked for mustard and she handed it to us then slammed the window. In there my food away.
