Taste awful, it's nothing like it use to be. Poor quality at high standard prices..burgers were terrible, dry and cold. I can't see spending that kind of money again for bad food. I'll holla at you.

I know people think Krystals is gross. well I beg to differ I think it's the best little burger anywhere. no you don't want to eat here everyday maybe twice a week at most but this Krystals has something I've never seen before my entire life and I'm old I'm like 52 and that's old the people under 30 people over 60 say that's young and I agree with them. I digress they have plants in the store like lots of plants like a garden not a garden like a greenhouse inside crystals with a k and they have a Christmas tree I still haven't figured out where they have a Christmas tree so if you don't like Krystals go there and get a shake or fries or Coke and enjoy the atmosphere of being inside a greenhouse while eating crystal chicks or crystal burgers

I honestly do not eat at Krystal very often but happened to be in the Lee Hwy area and decided to have something different for lunch. As a kid Krystals were 12 cents but now 3 of them a fry and a drink will set you back $10 +. Thankfully this nice gentleman behind the counter pointed out the over 60 menu. My wife and I had the 3 krystals, fry and drink choice for $7 each. The food was perfect, hot and delicious. The place was clean and warmly decorated inside. Probably one of the better Krystal experiences I have ever had. Give the Lee Hwy location a try.

Kadarius (KD) customer service is grade A+++. I thought he was a new employee, he's been there for a while. Great appreciate him, as a young man taking pride in his work. He has an amazing future with his employment if this is just him starting out⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kadie/Cadie (unsure which way), was working the drive-thru when I came threw tonight. He went above and beyond. There is not enough words to express the gratitude that I feel for the fact that he did not have to do what he did and yet out of the kindness of his heart and I'm assuming the love of his job because I don't know anybody else that would have gone above and beyond the way he did if they didn't have to. And for somebody like me that is really huge!!! We need more young men like this in the world that are willing to be kind and polite!!!! So I just want to say thank you to him again so very much you are absolutely amazing you made my entire night you don't even know and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart!
