Kadarius (KD) customer service is grade A+++. I thought he was a new employee, he's been there for a while. Great appreciate him, as a young man taking pride in his work. He has an amazing future with his employment if this is just him starting out⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kadie/Cadie (unsure which way), was working the drive-thru when I came threw tonight. He went above and beyond. There is not enough words to express the gratitude that I feel for the fact that he did not have to do what he did and yet out of the kindness of his heart and I'm assuming the love of his job because I don't know anybody else that would have gone above and beyond the way he did if they didn't have to. And for somebody like me that is really huge!!! We need more young men like this in the world that are willing to be kind and polite!!!! So I just want to say thank you to him again so very much you are absolutely amazing you made my entire night you don't even know and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart!

I didn't go in but the lot is clean. But baby I sat in the lot and ate all my doughnut holes. They make them fresh, soon as you order and they don't take long to cook. I haven't tried the apple turnover yet but get yourself two for the best value. KD has the best customer service and is very knowledgeable about the menu. They have a good team over here come check them out!

KD was the guy at the windows and had a great personality, very well spoken, attentive to your needs. He seemed to be a great young man, if I had a business I would steal him away from them.

I’m telling you what those folk’s especially KD have customer service down pat at this store, it’s 90 some thing outside and I saw this young man go the extra mile and bring a lady next to me at the pump her food so it was fresh as could be! That’s customer service that goes above customer expectations!!!

Came through the drive thru for a quick lunch and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman at the drive thru speaker was very friendly, read my order back to me and even joked a little. Got to the window to pay, and he was even more friendly. It was refreshing after always encountering rude employee at fast food restaurants. But not KD. He was amazing! Give this young man a raise. He deserves it! Thanks KD for making my day even better! The food was also fresh and hot. Thanks Krystal’s for a great lunch.
