My burger was good but I wanted cheese on mine, and my fries where a bit stale and three fries had black burns in them.Employees look at you crazy, and are rude.

Very impressed with the work ethic of the 2 ladies working around 11:20. It seemed they were the only 2 employees and they were holding it down. This was Wednesday and I was impressed. Not very often to find dedicated employees willing to work that hard. If I owned or managed this establishment I would do whatever I could to retain Donna and Chrystal.

Appalling experience. The employee Jacob gave me some food that looked like it was old, sloppy, and wet. When I commented on this, he said he'd see if the other ones looked like that as well, and this time, he gave me two sandwiches that was missing the cheese and handed me the bag with his thumb and forefinger as if I am some nasty person he wanted to make sure he didn't make a mistake and touch. During this entire experience I had to go through the drive thru each time and he stared at me as if I was wasting his time. By the end, I still had undesirable looking food and was never offered a refund or anything. I paid over 11.00 for nothing. I ended up throwing all 3 bags of food away because I felt, after the experience that maybe it had been tampered with.

Worst 40 bucks I ever spent on Krystals. On every one of the Krystals we had the bread was covered in a gray water substance and was so spongy it was inedible. The Managers there are extremely lazy and do not have the customer in their best interest.

Employee was TIRED!!! not accommodating. Everything got confusing when ordered special coupon order & a krystal meal. Unable to communicate so items were missing pickles & told us only two packs on mayo although we purchased 14-18 burgers and 10 with cheese. It was quite costly.
