Krystal is charging like they have regular sized hamburgers. For the same price as Burger King or Hardees, I will go there and get more for my money. The lady was very nice. The price just shocked me.

My order would’ve been ok if I received what I paid for. I ordered the two spicy chick combo and subbed for chili cheese fries and a roadie drink. I barely got any fries and got a medium sized drink even though I paid for the larger sized items. I would’ve been fine if they would’ve told me they didn’t have either of those items, but it sucks to pay for things that you don’t receive…think this is my last time visiting this particular establishment

We were traveling through Chattanooga and stopped at the 23rd street location on 11/19/24 Our credit card was defrauded and traced to sculpture field which is nearby this location. Makes sense this was the only place we stopped in Chattanooga. There were two young ladies operating and the manager an older lady was there but not behind the counter. I thought it was strange the two young ladies did not ring me up at the front counter. They took my card and rang me up at the drive thru register. DO NOT STOP at this place. There are thieves albeit not smart ones waiting to take advantage of you. I will be contacting their corporate office in the morning. Have you heard the term FAFI ? You found the right one.

Nasty filthy place, fries was ice cold and when we told the female employee she replied oh I knew they was cold. The meat on the party melt was like leather and bread was as hard as rock. We was the only customers and the female employee let us stand at counter for 10 minutes then the manager i assumed took our order but couldn't open register and we had to wait another 5 minutes before the female employee came over to process the payment. We will never go back. Worse dinning experience ever!

If I can give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst place to order food. The workers look dirty, sloppy and they very unprofessional. I ordered the new Patty Melt and I was so disappointed. It was burnt and dry. The new coworker and the manager gave me a hard time about switching the sandwich for something else. I wouldn’t recommend this Krystal restaurant to a dog.
