Absolutely worst experience ever. Krystal's were so soggy I couldn't even eat them. I threw 30 dollars worth of food away. Waited 20 minutes for my food because 3 people came back because their order was wrong. I will not be back. Do better Krystals.

As far as I am concerned, this location unfortunately, is on life support. It is always empty. I have either been told that they couldn’t take my order or they entirely mess the order up. The breakfast is somehow not ready or overcooked. The krystals are almost always soggy. I dont like reviewing the store negatively because I fear I am blinded by nostalgia at this location but the time has come for either a refresh or to close it down.

Absolutely horrid location... you can almost never go inside and not smell weed...if you can even get inside...I can't tell you how many times I've attempted to go for breakfast between 8-10am and the workers be standing there and have the doors locked

There was mold on the air vents, and the food was more than disappointing. The meat was gray and unappatizing and had an odd taste to it that was unsettling. The service was standard, and the workers were kind. I would not recommend this place

They are supposed to be a 24ht restaurant! They canceled TWO door dash orders! Second Dasher drove like 30 minutes out of his way to pick up my order for them to tell him they weren't gonna make it. When he told them that they should fulfill the order, they cussed him out! He even called to tell me what they were doing! They also dodged every phone call I made to the restaurant by keeping their phone off the hook! Horrible way to treat customers, and an even worse way to treat somebody out here trying to make a living. I am livid, and will be contacting corporate!!!
