It was a seedy looking place very outdated and dirty looking. It took forever for our food to get done and we were the only ones there other than the staff. The burger tasted boiled and I was not impressed at all. I will most likely never go back. My better half thinks the world of these burgers . He was happy and content except for the service. I was actually afraid to eat the sandwich I ordered. I was thinking I would get food poisoning. Luckily I did not but I will never return if I have a choice in it.

I went there around midnight, to the drive thru, the lady, at the window was very nice, and the Krystals were fresh, so fresh they almost melted in my mouth, that's fresh. I'd go back in a dadgum heartbeat.

Fries were ok ,7 krystals were great,ordered 4 spicy chicks...one was good and fresh other 3 inedible and literally hard as rocks..Person at drive thru window never greeted me or said anything during transaction from beginning until the end.

This place is super fast when ordering food. It's very diverse. There is no need to travel from the car, just park, press the order button and that's it. There are also delivery shipments.

The small crystals were not that good. I don't like being negative but to review you have to be honest so ok they didn't have anything on them. No onion no pickle no musturd. Not good for me. Otherwise I like Krystal's. One bad night won't keep me from going back!

Went to crystal's last night with my friend and we ordered sack crystals and however the amount that was told to us was not the amount on the receipt thankfully we paid with the card so we didn't get robbed for any extra money. The lady was rude and the employees were not following the health code. I really doubt I will give them my business again nor will I recommend them ever
