The store was clean and nice. The dining room was small, but decorated for the upcoming Valentine's holiday. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was hot and fresh...but was a tad slow getting to me, but I didn't mind waiting. Will return any chance I get.

We went in Krystal’s on Signal Mt Blvd no one was in front, we waited we waited we hollered nothing finally I stepped behind the counter and she came around acting like she was mad at the world. Then I was wishing I’d left a sack full of Krystal’s was $27.00 for Krystal’s? Won’t be going back!

This place used to be really good, but has gone severely downhill over the last few years, and isn't even open during the advertised hours on Google anymore

Put in a mobile order at 12:53. Went through the drive-thru to pick it up and got to the window at 1:08. Was told pull around to the parking lot and they’d bring it to me. No one came out, so after 20 minutes. I was more than patient and finally went inside to see if they forgot or what. The cashier wasn’t pleasant, but went to get my order packed up. No apologies for a 30 minute wait.
Food was good. Service was alright. The price is ridiculous almost 9 dollars for 2 double cheese Krystal's. Almost 4 dollars difference from a corporate owned and a franchise owned. This one being a franchise owned.
