The burgers were soggy. Meat was uncooked. The lady at drive throgh looked like she had been sleeping. Another Krystal's in Chattanooga will never get our money again. Visited today (11/8/25) at 6:30pm. Please rethink how you guys are staffing this resturant.

Come on y'all. This the second time in a row we've ordered dinner and you can't seem to make plain cheese Krystal's, so again the kids have to wait to eat because we have to figure something else out. We said plain, you WROTE down plain, passed that back and then made every single Krystal with mustard and pickles. Except for the one Krystal we checked, hilariously. We won't be back to a Krystal ever again. It's depressing. I would normally say I get it, but I worked at one, this isn't that hard. Not worth the money or time.

Not really impressed, as soon as I pull in a see a young man fumbling around in his car not sure If he had gkoves on outside or not but he sees me and runs back inside. I immediately think will he wash his hands amd or change gloves before handling someones food. I get inside and see a sign on the door that says they have a temporary shut down that evidently needed to be removed so the youmg man goes and touches door and sign with food gloves on and I have to ask are you gonna change your gloves. Then the cashier girl doesnt have a clue about the Happy Hour krystals. Has to go ask soneone like Im mistaken.. Then comes back and says they are $1.09 a piece. Like I needed confirmation. Then I get thr krystals and they are soggy wet buns. And why is it 0.37 cents taxes on $4.00. Seems incorrect.

Stop to grab a bite to eat everything was great everything was accessible very easily the general manager who took our order Kerry was very kind and courteous and it was a great environment I would highly recommend this restaurant

The store was clean and nice. The dining room was small, but decorated for the upcoming Valentine's holiday. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was hot and fresh...but was a tad slow getting to me, but I didn't mind waiting. Will return any chance I get.

We went in Krystal’s on Signal Mt Blvd no one was in front, we waited we waited we hollered nothing finally I stepped behind the counter and she came around acting like she was mad at the world. Then I was wishing I’d left a sack full of Krystal’s was $27.00 for Krystal’s? Won’t be going back!
