I have to simply share this picture of the food in order to expose the quality of food these restaurants are now serving to customers. We're paying full price and getting disgraceful, unhealthy, and perhaps unsanitary foods that probably could make it sick. How do you come by at the timestamp on my receipt and get old food? Krystal's do better! Please train your employees to prepare quality food.

Highway 58 3rd shift is horrible. They have messed up my order so many times! The most recent experience was tonight. I ordered 10 wings on DoorDash and they gave me 5 wings and a fry. I didn’t even order any fries so they just give you what they want to give you.

Don't go here if you don't like the taste of bacteria and mold in your sweet tea. But they definitely do not clean out or switch the sweet tea at any point throughout the day.

I ordered a steamer pack combo. I asked for extra pickles & extra ketchup to be added to all of them. The lady in drive through repeated the order back & guess what my order was still wrong no ketchup or extra pickles.

I haven't had Krystal's in a long time. These little famous burgers are still wonderful and delicious.
I went through the drive-thru at about 2:00 a.m. on a slow week day, one night last week... Tried the donut holes, which were actually very good, but only because the shake machine was "turned off". Upon paying at the window, my encounter with the woman working the drive thru was extremely odd. I paid with a 20, with change that should have been $9 and change. (Got chili cheese pups as well) Upon handing me my change, she said here's your 20, not chance for your 20, or 9.xx change out of 20. No sooner than she handed me the money the window was closed and it seemed she was avoiding the window until she was ready to give me my food. I realize I was given 5, something change, short $4... I mentioned this to her, a very awkward pause followed, as she looks at her cash drawer, then back at me, asks for my receipt, (not sure why? Wouldn't show the amount she gave me either way) followed with opening her drawer, not denying she'd shorted me but not admitting it either. (I've worked fast food before I know how difficult it can be especially working for the bottom of the barrel pay, and also know that legitimate mistakes happen, as well as customers trying to run scams on employees) Upon giving me the $4, hoping not to come across as condescending, I gave her $2 back, saying I hope if you need this, it helps. Idk if she's a trying single mother trying to care for kids, or support a habit, neither my business... But an awkward, and unfortunate encounter never-the-less...

The dining room was closed so we had to go through the drive through and wait for about 15 minutes to get the food that was ordered through the app and was to be ready when I got there. Not only was it not ready on the time chosen in the app but I had to wait longer than what a typical drive through usually takes.
The food is still good, I mean it's Krystals so ....
