This place is hit & miss all the time. I go here because it is closest to my designation so the food is decently still warm. What ever you ask for, take the time to check thoroughly for all you requested. They are bad about missing items/ not providing. Something about the businesses on Hwy 58, they provide the worst customer service. Their employees really don't want to be working in the service industry.

I just wanted to share that the low carb bowl with sausage is only half full. the top of the sausage was right at the middle of the cup. Only one piece of sausage. This was $6.98. I will not be going back to Krystal for breakfast. I got the same breakfast earlier this week and it was correct.

we ate here 3 months ago at the same time in the evening, this time as well as the last time was outstanding. the manager does a great job of hiring because the young man at the drive up window was very polite and respectful which is hard to find in young people today. keep up the good work!

Inside closed, looks like a jungle inside with all the plants, christmas tree still up and plugged in. The only good thing about this location was the young man working drive thru, he was very nice and seemed happy to be at work.
I have to simply share this picture of the food in order to expose the quality of food these restaurants are now serving to customers. We're paying full price and getting disgraceful, unhealthy, and perhaps unsanitary foods that probably could make it sick. How do you come by at the timestamp on my receipt and get old food? Krystal's do better! Please train your employees to prepare quality food.

Highway 58 3rd shift is horrible. They have messed up my order so many times! The most recent experience was tonight. I ordered 10 wings on DoorDash and they gave me 5 wings and a fry. I didn’t even order any fries so they just give you what they want to give you.
