Kung Fu Tea Chattanooga

Had a miscommunication when ordering. We asked if they would correct the order and they did, the person behind the counter was obviously very angry about it.
There was no need for that.
If visiting Chattanooga, find someplace else.

Cute little boba place, i stopped by with my family and the drinks were really good! the only thing is that the cashier was a little short and i would've appreciated her being a little nicer. strawberry shortcake collab was so cute!

One person working. Literally 40 people in line. Why even have a storefront in a walkable area? Avoid this place!

Decorations are decent, but the tea is bad, the bubbles are under saturated. Just bad.

11/12 Sign says open at 12 and it’s 1 and still not open…

This is a great little boba tea shop! The shop is really cute, and the service is good. The Thai tea with boba I got was delicious.

We Love stopping by here when we go downtown. There are so many delicious drinks to choose from! ? Rosehip Lemonade with mango pop bubbles was really good!

Was there on Saturday night for my usual boba drink and got the worst service! The cashier was so kind and conversational to the group in front of me in line and as soon as I went up to order, she started yawning and looking everywhere except at me, and very short to answer. When my order was ready, she didn’t even call my order, she just waited and then when I looked she said ‘your order is right here’… She said ‘Thank you’ to the people leaving and the place was empty and I got up to leave and said ‘Thank you have a good night’ and she didn’t even look up at me. Just on her phone and looking around and didn’t say a word. Just horrible.

Went in soon after opening today, boba wasn't ready.

The last time I was in was also one of the worst visits I've had with the same staff member. Place smelled like weed. It was also soon after opening with no people out and about near Kung Fu and the smell was definitely strongest from staff side.

Really disappointing as I've gone here for ages.

You can't go wrong with stopping by this cute little place. They have so many types of teas and fruit drinks that there is something for everyone.

I really enjoy the fruit slashes, but the bubble teas are great too.

I’m a regular on Saturday mornings and the girl with eyeliner makes my drinks to perfection. But, this specific Sunday was not a very great experience. The atmosphere felt grim. The moment I walked into the door, the lady scowled at me and I felt uninvited. She had to remake my drink multiple times yet she failed to make it correctly every single time. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering if I see this specific worker again.
