Have had some rough experiences here in the past but recently went there (I always order through the app) and was told the usual which is come back in 5-10 minutes, however, one of the workers stopped me and told me that he was about to have it ready for me. Every time that I go there and get good service, a man named Jay is there. This time was no different. Jay seems to be holding this place together. Need to get this man a promotion or at least a raise. Impressed and glad he’s there.

Honestly I prefer not to visit this location because it's always disappointing. The atmosphere isn't welcoming & they never have anything ready. What's the point of offering hot & ready when you have to wait 45 minutes for a 12 minutes pizza. I left empty handed.

Drive through does not function as a drive through. Pulled up, and ordered, and was told to pull around front and that itd be 10 minutes. At ANY other restaurant, this means they're going to bring it out to you. Instead, the dude working the register just made eye contact with me like 10 times, and didn't motion for me or anything. So, after waiting like 20 mins I went inside to ask how long it would be on my order "Oh, its been ready, for like a while." Was the response. Like I guess I get it if you wanted me to come inside, but like you could have let me know, or at least motioned for me when my order was ready since I was right there and we made eye contact multiple times. So, yeah everyone who came through the drive through had to park and go inside anyway, so I ask you, what is the point of a drive through??? Here's the kicker, when i got home, my pizza was like tossed in the box like Koby shot it into it from half court, and the pizza was either missing an entire slice, or was cut wrong, cuz there was only 7 slices, and considering its way harder to cut something into 7 slices than 8, I'm gonna go ahead and guess someone snacked on my already mangled pizza probably taking one of the only non mangled slices. Absolutely appalling.

We have placed large orders here a handful of times for work. The quality of pizza and service is always great! We placed an order with them today for our employees - we knew some places had been closed for snow. Tasha, the assistant manager, went above and beyond, calling us to confirm our order and discuss delivery times since she was short staffed. Thank you, Tasha and Little Caesars Team!
Just don't go here. Pizza is never ready when you go to pick it up. Employees straight up ignore you.

Window sign says open at 10:30. Went at 12 moon a guy making pizzaI knocked to ask.if they were open and the guy ignored me. So do yall open at 10:30am or what?

Never been to a more racist place in my life!! Went in to order and the employee wouldn't even talk to me and took orders from people behind me. When I said I was next after she took orders from two people behind me. She called me a cracker!! Not what you want to hear at any time from someone that you don't even know. Apparently your skin has to look like her to get respect or to make order. It's people just like her that makes world messed up. I hope God moves her heart to be a better person. I am just wondering if my wife went in she she would have been treated the same. Her skin matches the employees skin. But you would think in 2023 almost 2024 this would happen but it happens everyday!! Sad for everyone of us.
