I ordered a Pretzel crust pepperoni with cheese sauce online picked it up, took it home The pretzel crust was so burnt, had no salt on it and the entire middle of the pizza was so doughy the toppings wouldn’t even stay on, so I’ve tried to contact them by phone numerous times, I’ve emailed numerous times And have gotten no response This was by far the worst pizza I have ever gotten from anywhere in my entire life horrible, horrible.

10/8/23 I came an hour before closing time, and it showed. As soon as I walked in the door, I was yelled at to not step on the freshly swept rug. After that the lady took my order in a grumpy fashion that made me feel rushed. I ordered three pizzas and three came out. I was yelled at to not touch them because they were the employees. And when I say yell, I mean literally yelled at. The only person with a decent attitude was the gentleman in the back cooking who didn’t interact with us. This behavior towards customers is unacceptable. If I was management, I would want to know that this is going on. They didn’t even bother to cut my pizza right…. They didn’t even cut all the way through sections.
I only gave it 3 because of Ms Pam! She keeps that store in line. I went in today and tried to get a HOT N READY CHEESE pizza "as advertised" on the website but was told they don't do CHEESE PIZZA until after 4?! I think it's just laziness or maybe food cost???? It's convenient to my house but I might go to East brainerd from now on.

Ordered online. Said order to be ready at 7:53-7:58. It's almost 8:30 now and still no pizza. I ordered at 7:18. Been over a hour. Very poor customer skills. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.... Unacceptable just tell everyone that you need to refund there money instead of making them wait over a hour....

I try to avoid this location if at all possible. From incessant loitering around the building, to burnt pizza, it's not worth it. The orders average 10 to 15 minutes late.
