Been going here for 10 plus years. Yesterday I didn't check pizzas till I got home. The bestest pepperoni dough was not done; the toppings were half normal quantities. The pan pizza toppings were also short for a 4 item pizza. Dough was lacking in flavor and consistency... Worst in 10 years. We normally shop here once a month. Will try alternatives for next pizza.

The big guy working the counter has the personality of a wet sock. The store had zero lunch specials ready during the peak rush lunch and scoffed at me when I asked how long. Won’t be back.

I ordered online last night and the pizza was not fully cooked literally raw onions dough pizza highly pissed cause I had to literally finish cooking it for my order to be 48 dollars this is unacceptable

hwy 58 lil cesars NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE when I call. They may be on it when I call but on seven separate occasions I have not been able to tell them not to put mushrooms on my supreme after ordering online. I love the pizza but it is annoying that I can never speak to staff about adjusting my order online. The website doesn't offer customization options for pizzas either.

Service is absolutely horrible and the food isn't even that good for little ceasers. I had tried calling for nearly 20 minutes so I could walk in and pickup my order, no one answered. I get to the store, phone is ringing with no one answering, when the man who works the counter came up and I complained he showed no care and had a very very unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. There needs to be some Serious changes made. Will not be coming back

Every time I go to this location and get a pizza and get home the pizza looks like it has been sitting all day and I went against my better judgement because I asked the lady is the pizza fresh and she said yes I should have checked it want be going this location anymore will go to the east Chattanooga location or brained Rd location

Employees took forever to even acknowledge me and other customers were in the store, then scoffed when I asked for an order or crazy puffs and told me get ready for a 25 minute wait. Not hot and ready, not friendly. Stay away from this location.

Place is trash, so dirty. Workers slow and lazy. They don't even know how to prepare simple crazy bread. Crazy bread has garlic butter and parmachain cheese on it. Guess what I watch the girl just squirt a shot of butter on there with no cheese. They was so dry that I was choking on it and tasted horrible. Will never spend another dollar here again. Shitty food made my lazy workers.
