Entrance was extremely dirty. No one was at the front counter so I waited for an employee. I should have looked at my pizza before I left because he gave me one that is almost burnt. It’s dry and hard to chew.

Came in to pick up a doordash and the assistant manager with the long hair not pulled back and the glasses was absolutely disrespectful a female employee regardless of what the situation was he should not been speaking so loudly and rudely to her that she was almost in tears while telling him to stop yelling at her as a customer i should not have heard any of that he is rude and if that's how he speaks to employees he does not need the position he's in don't care poor management

Their pizza is much improved over the past couple years. And this location has greatly improved their customer service.
Extremely disappointed. I called and placed an order at 9:30 with the understanding that they close at 10:00. I was only 5 minutes from the store so that wasn't an issue for me but it obviously was for them. I only ordered one item and once I arrived I realized they had to make more than one so I got two and expressed to them multiple times how thankful I was and that I appreciated them taking the time to make my order it being so close to time to close and that I did not want anything to go to waste so I spent more money to buy the other box. I got back home only to realize I had no filling in either just all bread and of course by now the store is closed and corporate was closed too. Not only did I spend more than I intended to but I got completely ripped off. The other associate in the store was walking around with ringing wet hair like she sprayed her self down with the dish washer hose or dipped her head in the toilet, Who knows!? It was disgusting and a real turn off to see that behind the counter. I've dealt with her in the past and she's so nasty and rude. I would have never went inside and got my food had I seen her from the parking lot but it wasn't until I paid that she came around the middle divide. This location needs to do better and have higher standards for your employees they are handling people's food and shouldn't be able to walk around looking like that. Each customer should be treated equal and you shouldn't skimp out on someones order just because you're ready to get out of there.

Staff was rude upon arrival. Asked for cheese puffs and he opened the oven and suggested i take a burnt bacon one he already had sitting there. I told him I didn't eat meat. He then opened the next box and suggested i take it, a pepperoni one.. I had to repeat I didn't eat meat three times in response. Finally he unwillingly rang me up for an order of cheese puffs. I waited maybe 5 or 6 minutes after him telling me it would take 13 mins and he gave me raw dough with hardly any filling. Ridiculous. ALSO NO ONE IN THE BUILDING HAD ON GLOVES OR WASHED HANDS BEFORE PREPARING FOOD OR AFTER HANDLING MONEY. I know you shouldn't expect much at these kinds of restaurants but the bare minimum should be required. It's just gross.
