So I saw a gentleman on tikytok say this was the best burger (murder burger) he’s ever had so I felt compelled to try said burger, after reading a bad review of another guy staying in an Airbnb saying it was flavorless I was confused, so off to Lo Mains we go. To the guy in the Airbnb, you must have just been having a moment or something? I’ve had what I considered to be amazing burgers in my lifetime and the Murder Burger at Lo Mains is by far the best I’ve had. Hands down a must try burger!! 🍔

I seen all the reviews on the murder burger had to stop in and try it very little parking good luck the inside is just a run down old house vibe was off for me no fries or onion rings and a can coke burger came out hot fast and fresh but taste was a little weird

Writing this to help negate the bots one star coming in with “I asked them to remove all the the toppings and sauces and it didn’t taste like the menu said” duh.. WELL I ate a murder burger last night and it hits as hard as Goku going Super Saiyan for the first time. This place has a great atmosphere, felt like a completely safe area and the burger is absolutely delicious if you JUST EAT IT AS IT COMES!!!

We didn’t technically eat at Lo Main’s… but we DID attempt to experience the infamous “Murder Burger” while in town for a football tournament. I’m just a suburban mom fresh off a 3.5-hour car ride who somehow ended up on the wrong side of Chattanooga. The vibes were straight out of the first episode of Bob’s Burgers, the staff attitude felt like a Dirty Dick’s crossover episode, and the bartender was giving full Herman Munster energy.
I approached the waitstaff to ask if we seated ourselves and was greeted with a very aggressive, “WHAT?! 👹” followed by wild spatula-pointing toward a black sign I swear I could not read under the red lights. Apparently, it said “Order Here.”
I stood there somewhere between amused and confused, wondering if this was part of the experience or if I had just deeply inconvenienced someone by existing. My husband was… not convinced.
As quickly as TikTok influenced me into needing this Murder Burger, the only thing that was actually murdered was our appetite. Was the burger good? I guess we’ll never know. Something tells me they probably aren’t big fans of the ol’ tickity-tok anyway.
10/10 for atmosphere. 0/10 for execution on our end. 😂

Go for the murder burger, stay for the vibe and the old fashioneds. Service was friendly and prompt, food was excellent and reasonably priced and the old fashioned perfect. Shishito peppers appetizer also good, as is the Thai hotdog, but the murder burger still wins out.

I went once and absolutely loved the food I got, then the next time I went, neither me nor my husband liked it. I got the fried rice, and he got the sandwich with pimento cheese, and neither were great. We personally didn't love the atmosphere either, but that's completely subjective. So, I guess it's a hit or miss!
