Logan's Roadhouse

Same level of loud, all the time. Not bad, distracting.
The fried mushrooms did not have enough batter. Alot of uncoated mushroom.

Sadly I don't know if ill ever be able to go to Logan's roadhouse I wish you had locations closer to where I leave.

We went Saturday 9/13/25 at 4pm, seating was perfect for a party of 14.
The food was awesome.
Our server Amanda was awesome, polite, helpful and friendly.
She went out of her way to serve us.
Will definitely come back.

We stop in for steak or chicken about once a month. The food is always great and the service is top notch. Plenty of tables, booths and a bar area that you can drink and eat at.

If I could give the restaurant zero stars I would! Went last night for a dinner date. Appetizer came out everything was going good. Our food came out the shrimp was RAW and the chicken was burned. The waitress said my manager will take 50% off your plate. I said that would be fine but may I speak to him/her please? The waitress walked over to a female came back to the table to tell us the manager didn’t want to come to the table to address the problem! Are you serious she a manger (Mia) and she refuses to speak to a customer. It wasn’t that I wanted the discount it was the fact that I wanted her to be aware that raw shrimp can hurt people. The table next to us an elderly sweet couple also had issues with their food. The gentleman asked to speak to a manager and again his server was told she would take 50% off the bill but once again (Mia) refused to go talk to that table. Fast forward to us leaving the restaurant Mia was at the front door. I said good afternoon she did not reply. I said are you the manager and rudely she replied yes I am. I said it would have been nice to talk to you I do not want someone getting sick off raw shrimp being served. Her reply the server took 50% off Whatelse do you want. I said I dont want anything other than for you to be aware of raw shrimp being served to not only our table but the table next to us. She proceeded to open the door and not reply. I said well then have a good night. Never again will we go back! The couple next to us walked out at the sametime and the gentleman said he would never go back. Very said when a “manager” is not only rude but refuses to speak to customers!!

Had a friendly good waitress. My steak cooked exactly like I like it. No wait to be seated.

The kitchen was yelling at the servers yet no one was making food the question is where is the management? I’ve been waiting over a hour for 12 rolls and a side of fries. Plus the music is way too loud. It’s not fun being here waiting with all this tension please just lock your doors if you can’t handle it.

Had not visited a Logan's RH for some time. Hesitantly, we decided to give this Hixson location a try.
I was pleasantly surprised by service and courteous wait staff.
Food was served as ordered, no surprises. Presentation and taste made for a delightful meal.
This Logan's ranks very high and will get a return visit soon.

Update...our server was friendly and the food was decent/good. What I didn't like...our steaks were WAY over cooked (ordered blue rare and got medium), our drinks weren't refilled, our appetizer came out after our entrees and we had to ask for dessert. Now, the food was still good and worth the money, but for me service is 90% of the experience. Hopefully, this was a random event as we like Logan's.

We were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and our steaks were cooked PERFECTLY! All of our food was great.

Get the ribeye! It was amazing and cooked to perfection. Cooked exactly ask I asked for it. Really good food and really good service.

Loved this place, went for a lunch after moving and asked for a quiet spot. They accommodated me and served a great lunch meal. Plus the yeast rolls. Wowza!!
