The coffee itself was good, it wasn’t any different than other coffee places other than it has more unique flavor combinations. The girl taking the order though was very rude and I felt rushed, even though there was no on behind me. It was my first time there, but that interaction left me not wanting to go back. I also requested that my coffee be made with almond milk but feel that wasn’t granted despite paying extra- I felt super sick after drinking it and was not able to finish it.

one of the young ladies was really rude to me and snarky. I didn't see the no smoking sign in drive thru and she demanded I follow the rules of not smoking in my own car at their establishment. the sign is small and it was blocked by the first row of cars and I am a black female . she literally came around the car blocking their small sign and passes a white female at the door smoking and came to the second lane to me and she didn't even address the other lady that is racial discrimination and I will post on all platforms and there is no more room for error , it was unnecessary for that to have happened . I will not ever come back there and I will never bring all my orders there again. put up bigger signs but in my personal vehicle I can smoke you don't pay the note and it is not a law I can't smoke in my car that is the worst rule ever and for that I am giving you this review for being a company that allows such behavior towards me for the color of my skin. I am owed an apology and also for you to train those young ladies to be more courteous to grown people and people who are demographically different. I am taking my business elsewhere and I will contact corporate because that should never happen.

I'm just gonna come out and say it: I LOVE Lola Beans. I only found out about it a week ago and I've been every day since to pick up my morning coffee, even though it's not on the way to my work. Their menu is extensive, to say the least, and they let you customize your drink with all sorts of flavors and options that you don't find anywhere else, which makes it a way better value than some of the more corporate coffee brewers around the area. More importantly, their drive-thru is FAST, with baristas coming over to your car to take your order before you reach the window. They even take Apple Pay and have a rewards program, so I find it hard to go anywhere else when I've got just a few minutes to make my commute, get some coffee, and go back to work. The place itself is also very cute, perched up on the hill going down East Brainerd in a hard-to-miss spot.

It’s a cute little coffee shop! It’s also the first place I’ve heard of having Italian sodas since I’ve moved here and they’re perfect! Not overly sweet and very refreshing. Not to mention it’s affordable. 10/10
My favorite coffee spot! They have the best iced lattes and always give a personal touch to each visit (whether it’s a cute sticker or great customer service). Their seasonal drinks are also always delicious and so fun to try, and I love participating in any giveaways that they do.
We stopped for the name alone and so happy we did. Great drive thru coffee. Baristas were friendly.

I'm from Alaska and shops like this are all over. Imagine our surprise when we found this place while visiting Chattanooga!! If I lived here, it would be the only place I would go to. I recommend you try the lotus or red bull kickers. My wife got coffee and said it was delicious.
